Just booked a cruise to Hawaii next year Emma was the person I spoke too she was fabulous explaining everything I Have booked several cruises through cruise 1st had one disappointment , I wish I had been able to speak to Emma on past experiences she was the best. Mrs Barbara Gray

EASY TO BOOK AND DEAL WITH

Easy but thorough process. I called and was quickly put through to an agent. The whole process was explained to me as we went along and I always felt at my ease. I will definitely be using cruise1st again to book my next cruise. They were also the cheapest amongst several cruise agents that I could find

Overall great but did not realise that there would be so many children on board. Seating in the lounge area could do with more.

They were generally ok when booking the cruise but as soon as they have your booking the support disappears. They no longer care. The agent they sold you the cruise is not longer your point of contact and their customer services opening hours are short. Good luck talking to them if you have a full time job! I wanted to amend our cabins to a higher grade after booking. 6 calls and countless emails later it’s still not done. There booking terms are worse than the cruise line direct too. In future I’ll go direct to the cruise line. Avoid.

Having booked with cruise 1st before, I called again regarding cruise which was not in their brochures. Kashmir excellently researched and came back with said cruise at lesser price!
