Great help from agent when booking. Prompt quotes and patience given when refining schedule regarding flights and hotels. It’s taken a while to get final confirmation of last flight to be agreed but now sorted to my satisfaction. The agent I have been talking too has built up a good rapport and I have recommended her to others.

It took me a week to finally book a cruise. Over this time I had many telephone conversations with Jessica, going through many options with lots of queries. Jessica was always polite, helpful and knowledgable. The only issue I encountered was that when Jessica had a day off no arrangements are made by Worldwide cruises for her phone calls to be diverted to another assistant. I had to phone the general office number and spoke to an assistant but all he did was connect my call to Jessica’s phone, so no help there. I tried again and this time was told by another assistant that Jessica was not in, but offered no help. WC need to make sure that in absence there is cover by another assistant who has access to all information. This nearly lost my business, but On her return to work Jessica worked so hard to get me what I needed and recovered my business
