Great app. Started off with 25 dollar cash advance then went up to 100. Fees are a little hefty for instant delivery but still a good app. I got denied by many others but they gave me the advance

Credit Genie is a great cash app to receive advance money when you need it it does come in handy when you need it. I give it a 10!!

I'm updating my review because they fixed the issue and they did it very quickly. They are legit and I really have nothing bad to say. The only thing they could change is maybe lowering the fees. They are a little high. They give you the money very quickly and the amount is not bad either so I do appreciate that. Thank you for making things right.
Credit genie in its entirety is a very well coded and built application via online banking and financial services. I can’t count more than how my toes and fingers I have that credit genie pulled me out of a bind. It’s user friendly and so easy to sign up it only takes a few minutes definitely recommend using!

They took money from my account with no warning and I never went through with the service I simply looked at there website and decided not to go forward with these people and uninstalled the app. Not happy
My experience with Credit Genie on scale is 5 or 10 which is better but overall i will refer someone or any one to Credit Genie you all are extremely professional and knowing that when one is in need and to fulfill their need is an awesome experience so yeah thank you so much for being in my corner when i need you the most.

I never got a chance to use the service. My account got permanently disabled and I have no idea why. I've reached out to support asked my my account has been disabled and I got a response that said "your account has been permanently deactivated according to the terms and conditions and cannot be reactivated""your account has been permanently disabled according to the terms and conditions and cannot be reactivated". I replied to the email asking what specifically was my violation, but I did not get a reply. So, I send another email asking why my account was disabled and that I think that it was done in error and I got the exact same response "your account has been permanently deactivated according to the terms and conditions and cannot be reactivated". Again, I replied saying that my question wasn't answered, but I still did not get a response. I'm being treated like a criminal by a company for a service that I've never had a chance to use.
Gonna be honest here.... I haven't qualified for huge amounts, but, the folks have been beyond patient with me here at the ol Credit Genie. Even after i messed up paying them back for a really long time, after one cycle of 20 bucks, they were back to allowing me to borrow 150 bucks. Which at the time, allowed me to make it thru to next paycheck and get everything straightened up. I greatly appreciate these folks. I very much appreciate the way they conduct their business, and have no problem recommending them.

Awful app.. I was just curious on how it worked.. got advance once pd back on time .. it cleared my bank.. then they tell me my account is blocked permanently due to not meeting their TERMS… very unprofessional VERY…
