My account was deactivated and I don't know why.
I never got a chance to use the service. My account got permanently disabled and I have no idea why. I've reached out to support asked my my account has been disabled and I got a response that said "your account has been permanently deactivated according to the terms and conditions and cannot be reactivated""your account has been permanently disabled according to the terms and conditions and cannot be reactivated". I replied to the email asking what specifically was my violation, but I did not get a reply. So, I send another email asking why my account was disabled and that I think that it was done in error and I got the exact same response "your account has been permanently deactivated according to the terms and conditions and cannot be reactivated". Again, I replied saying that my question wasn't answered, but I still did not get a response. I'm being treated like a criminal by a company for a service that I've never had a chance to use.
