This is my first time using CosmeticRX.com. Overall the process has been very easy. A couple of days after submitting the online mental health/ history questionnaire I received a phone call to verify my order. Chelsea was very professional on the phone. I’ve been especially excited that this company also does the GLP -1 medications. It’s a one stop shop. Looking forward to getting my meds!

Unbelievable how much time wasted in the beginning. It was not easy. They wanted information from tests from my doctor. They charged for shipping. After using this medication for a month I have gained 2 pounds! Scam!

I was on Ozempic for one year until insurance stopped covering it. I looked into several companies offering the compound. Most of them wanted me to participate in a full weight loss program in addition to paying for the medication. I do not need a program or the extra cost of one. Cosmeticrx is exactly what I was looking for and at the lowest cost. I had already been taking it and needed a higher dose than the starting dose and it was not a problem, as all doses cost the same. The two times I have had to call, the people who answer the phone are kind and efficient.

This is my first time using CosmeticRX.com it has been a very easy process. Within minutes of placing my order, I received a phone call to verify my order and provide shipping details.

On April 6, 2025, I purchased a Groupon promotion for tirzepatide injections (Cosmetics RX), valued at $96.00. The terms of this promotion stipulated that I was only responsible for a $29.99 shipping fee for the medication. On May 16, 2025, I proceeded to redeem the promotional code and complete my order. During this transaction, the only charge displayed and confirmed to me was the $29.99 prescription shipping fee. However, upon reviewing my bank statement, I discovered an unauthorized charge of $299.00 from your company. When I contacted your customer service, I was informed that the promotional code had supposedly not been applied during the transaction. This explanation is demonstrably false, as I would have immediately noticed a $299.00 charge if it had been presented to me at the time of purchase. My bank statement clearly shows an initial charge for the correct shipping fee, followed by the erroneous $299.00. Furthermore, during a subsequent phone call, an agent informed me that my Groupon promotion could no longer be honored because I was now considered an "existing customer." This is a circular and unacceptable argument. I became an "existing customer" solely as a result of attempting to redeem this specific promotional code and resolve the initial processing error. Your company is attempting to invalidate a valid promotion based on an issue that arose directly from your system's failure to process the initial transaction correctly. This constitutes a breach of the promotional terms and deceptive billing practices. I have already initiated a complaint with Groupon. I demand a full refund of the unauthorized $299.00 charge. If this matter is not resolved promptly and to my satisfaction, I will proceed with formal complaints to all relevant consumer protection agencies, including the Better Business Bureau, and will explore all available legal remedies.

Truly HORRIBLE! they just stopped responding to me and hanging up on my calls that were on hold for 20 min. This is not a legitimate company they take your money and ghost you. No response to my emails or online messages from anyone on their end. This is theft and I’m taking action.

If you buy the Groupon, just know you’ll be automatically signed up for an auto ship moving forward. My dosage was all wrong and it’s so hard to get in touch via phone. They don’t respond to messages on the dashboard. This whole process was not explained to me and I’m paying way too much for something not even working. I called and asked to speak to a manager, and was told they may or may not respond! Really?! Don’t recommend it. Go with company that has better communication and product.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! I will be canceling after my first round! NO one ever returns emails or messages on your message board! HIGHLY disappointed - since they came recommended :(

Its been a month I can not get in touch with anyone. They're so unprofessional will never get anything here

I have been a customer with Cosmeticrx for over 5 years without any issues. Yes, they're slow to respond to emails. But, when they do, you receive a notification via email. You can call them and speak with a live person. May have to wait a bit, but you will speak to a live person. Keep on top of your Rx and order and be the boss of your own health. They have authentic products, genuine medical staff and affordable pricing. I order Latisse and Semaglutide from them without any issues for a long time.

Terrible customer service. They updated their payment system causing tons of payments not to process. They caused me to lapse on my medication, and took no accountability. Almost impossible to speak a a supervisor. They offer no help when you finally get one on the phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Notice the titles of 5 ⭐ reviews ALL say " great customer service"? These are LIES/ bogus reviews!!!! The 1 ⭐ reviews are correct!!!!! Horrible customer service* actually NO customer service. They don't tell u in the Groupon you need labs sent in order to receive semiglutide. They don't responded EXCEPT to tell you that! I ordered OVER 2 WEEKS AGO, still waiting.... Very maddening***DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!.

I bought a month of their glp1 meds on groupon but they failed to mention there would be $150 additional testing fees. I don't have a car but I noticed Quest labs offers in home testing kits. I asked CosmeticRX if I can order the tests online, do them at home, and submit them. I asked 5 times and they will not answer me. They also have an app that is not an app. It is just a website and a chat box. So if you want communication there are no emails. There is no way to reach a human. You just have to keep going to their site over and over and over and over hoping that MAYBE you got a response. Only to find of course that the responses are not helpful bc they won't answer your questions. I wish I had never spent my money on this. Now I am out the money, several months of my time, and still have no weightloss medicine. The stress has caused me to GAIN 15 lbs! Angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So far the customer service has been excellent. I’m looking forward to using the products.

This is a scam!!!! Don't give them money. They will take it then no product! I have spent the last 3 days calling emailing and no one helps. If they have your credit card. You are out of luck!

Scammers. I ordered this through groupon and never got my product months later.
