Great customer service, variety of choices on discount items .

Unethical, inconsistent and scammed. They get you to buy promo packages and then provide a bogus code that doesn't work so the only way of getting the product is to purchase again, full price. Email and customer service is all aware of it and admits to the bogus codes but"there's nothing we can do about it" Theft of goods and services!!!

CosmeticRX Please don t be a fool Attractive price arround like groupon, They will send you the smallest dosage product ever for a month of course it will not working at all,and they will tell you you need at least 6 month of treatment at arround 500$ a month. Make a calcul wish all those practices will not be allowed soon

I have tried to call numerous times and have emailed with no response.? Is this company even legit. I have already paid for my product but it has almost been a month now. You cant get anyone on the phone and they dont replay to emails. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Put in for consult 5/3. Was still in review and a week later I call and they tell me I need labs. Why did they not contact me about this. I had to call them. Got labs drawn and still waiting. I hope they don’t charge me anytime soon cause I haven’t gotten the med or anything yet. The labs were paid for by company but still slow to process.

So far, the customer service has been top notch! Speedy replies and straight forward.
