Ripped off, pissed off, and no help in sight
I bought a month of their glp1 meds on groupon but they failed to mention there would be $150 additional testing fees. I don't have a car but I noticed Quest labs offers in home testing kits. I asked CosmeticRX if I can order the tests online, do them at home, and submit them. I asked 5 times and they will not answer me. They also have an app that is not an app. It is just a website and a chat box. So if you want communication there are no emails. There is no way to reach a human. You just have to keep going to their site over and over and over and over hoping that MAYBE you got a response. Only to find of course that the responses are not helpful bc they won't answer your questions. I wish I had never spent my money on this. Now I am out the money, several months of my time, and still have no weightloss medicine. The stress has caused me to GAIN 15 lbs! Angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!
