They reached back to me very quickly, and I got my consultation fast.

The first order had a couple glitches, but not because of the staff. The staff reached back to me very quickly and got it all taken care of. They were very friendly and very courteous. I love the Tirzepatide and it’s working wonderfully.

Bad customer service

If I could I would give it 0 stars. This is an awful online store with terrible customer service and a scam. I purchased a Groupon for Latisse and the order was never filled. I had to fight to get a Groupon refund to get my money back. Now they have my credit card number in file and my information and there is no way to delete my account!! Do not buy and not trust!

a Groupon coupon

I placed an order with a Groupon on 7/18. Had an online survey and was approved by a Dr Patrick Kavanaugh on 7/21. Website states my prescription was approved and shipped on 7/22. I have yet to receive it and they stated tracking information is not yet available. It should have been available 2 to 3 days after shipping so they say. I tried calling the 1-800 number and a recording stated they are not available to receive phone calls. Groupon needs to take a good hard look at who they promote. So frustrating. It takes so much time for Cosmetic rx to respond to messages. They have my money and shipping charges were $29.99, which they also have charged.

I don’t recommend this company at all

I don’t recommend this company at all. Please be careful with your credit card. You can get denied because you don’t meet the criteria of being over weight and then several months later they charge your credit card stating you placed an order. I’ve been fighting with this company to get my refund since December 15, 2024, and 7 months later my card gets charged. I purchased via Groupon. I’m definitely going to make a complaint against the doctor that did not see me this month and claims to approve an order that I did not make.

BAD SERVICE DO NOT USE

This company never contacted me for a proper consultation — they simply entered a generic consult note on my account and proceeded to ship the medication. I have attempted to cancel my subscription multiple times, both via email and phone, but have not received any meaningful response. Each time I called, I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes, and the call disconnected several times before I finally got through after multiple attempts. When I did reach someone, they only paused the subscription instead of canceling it as I had requested, and yet I was still charged and the medication was shipped, despite my explicit request that it not be sent. They wouldn't address this matter by fully canceling my subscription and refunding the charge for the unwanted medication.

Good Product, Service Is The Opposite

The product itself is excellent and you can actually find it at the same price or even less elsewhere. So why the low rating? The service. After deciding to continue the product at the regular price I encountered some concerning and frankly deceptive practices. They advertised the same product and dosage for 149 dollars so I followed their instructions to order. When I called back I spoke with Julie who I believe was the same representative I spoke to the day before who gave me those instructions and her tone and approach were the complete opposite of what I experienced previously. She informed me that my order had already been processed but for a much lower dose. I explained that my order clearly noted I wanted to discuss dosage with the pharmacist as my prior prescription was for a significantly higher amount. Rather than taking accountability or offering a solution she insinuated that the error was mine. I emailed their support team the same day copying the owners of CosmeticRx and asked them to review both calls. To date I have received no response. Julie’s only resolution was to suggest I use the incorrect much lower dose that was sent and wait until August to receive the proper dosage. As a pharmacy is that acceptable? Would they tell someone relying on a life saving medication to just make do with the wrong dose and wait another month? I expressed my disappointment at essentially having spent 150 dollars on something unusable and all Julie did was repeat that the order has already been processed.

Total Scam

These people will charge you randomly. My wife & I bought Groupons. After 10 calls/messages/trying to work with their awful website they said they were shipping meds. To date no meds AND they randomly charged $300+ on her card without permission. I bought a Groupon for Tirzepatide & after 6 calls, messages, & texts they tried 2 tell me I had bought semaglutide. I attached Groupon that clearly said Tirzepatide & nothing!! Still trying to get Groupon refunded. Total Scam!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, deceitful, .They will charge your credit card unauthorized. You’ll get a call from a Supervisor of Logistics, John who will promise free weight loss medication for the inconvenience then he’ll ghost you. This company is SHADY!!

NO SERVICE

Customer service is absolutely horrible. I also bought a coupon on Groupon and they tried to charge me the full $299. I was only supposed to be charged $29 for shipping. I am so disappointed with this highly rated company. I have emailed, chatted and called to no avail. I will be going to Groupon to refund my $$ that I paid for the voucher. I have been told it was a tech issue since the 4th of July and that there is nothing they can do on their end to fix it. Absolutely BS. Still have been emailing and calling up until 5 minutes ago.

Complete scam bought a Groupon…

Complete scam bought a Groupon promotion and was only suppose to pay $30 shipping for the first month. Cosmetic RX attempted to draft my account $299 3 times and will not refund my money. This place is a total scam beware!!

Their website is super glitchy

Their website is super glitchy. Horrible customer service. They don’t respond to emails. Also I paid for 2 day shipping in the Groupon and the site still was trying to charge me $29 for shipping even after using the Groupon code. Don’t do business with them!

I cancelled my order before any product…

I cancelled my order before any product was ever ordered 2.months after the cancelation of the process they charged me $179 without me even going to the site. I have confirmation from them that all orders are cancelled. I have called the last 2 days and there is no one that has helped with getting a refund. Now today July 9th the phone number says the site is down and the account I created when I started the process erased all the messages they sent on their website. I need my money refunded I do not want the product

They will compromise your credit card

The first product they ship came unrefrigerated and took 10 days to get there. I told them I didn’t want any more product from them, but I took the product and paid for it a month later they automatically shipped me another product. I called them and told them I didn’t want it. They refused to refund my money. They said I hadn’t canceled on time Six months later they reach out and send me some information on sales so when I emailed them back and ask them questions. They asked if I wanted to order it again I said no on a Saturday night late at night they charge my card thinking I wouldn’t notice it until it was too late. I emailed them four times and told them I hadn’t authorize the payment. They never responded, which is weird because they responded every hour that I asked them questions. I finally had to get my credit card company involved. Before you deal with this company, you might want to check out the 93 complaints that have been filed against them from the Better Business Bureau

Beware of renewal of subscription and the results of any products from CosmeticRX

I found Latiss through Groupon sponsored by CosmeticRX. After using the product for 2 1/2 months, I do not feel that my eyelashes have grown at all. I was charged $134 dollars for a renewed subscription which I did not realized I had signed up for. I asked for a refund and a cancelation of future charges as I am disappointed with the results of the product. When I called to ask for the refund, the person on the phone curtly told me that they do not give refunds and I should have known that it was a subscription and that it was too bad that I am not happy with the product. I didn’t know and I had no warning of the renewal. They are not willing to stand by their product and I get to try it again.

Horrible experience

Horrible. I tried their Semiglutide and on my second monthly order, it never arrived. I called and emailed support and they kept telling me it would come soon. It didn't. Near the end of May, I called for a refund. Support said they had processed the refund. It has not happened. I have called/emailed support 4 times on the refund alone. Stay away from this business !!!!

Horrible and they steal your money.

This company is horrible and they give you the run around. I ordered my weight loss shot on April 6th and did not receive my order untill June 2. I called repeatedly and they kept saying that it’s on its way and should there within the next couple of days. Then I obviously had to call back because no medication then they tell me that their pharmacy is having problems and they will send my medication when the pharmacy situation is resolved. The medication finally arrived . They shortened my dose. I was taking 5mg they gave me 0.25mg. When they said they would keep the dose I was on. The medicine arrived warm the ice pack was defrosted and had a different pharmacy name on it. The only proof I had was the pharmacy name on the vial they did not show their company name and my name on the vial and no nausea medication. I had to call and make sure it was legit. I made a purchased through Groupon so I had to say I redeemed my voucher. but then cosmeticrx says you can purchase one more time. I made the second purchase thinking that I could give them a second chance. I had to call 3 weeks later because no medication was delivered and they took my money and told me that I can only purchase one, when they said you could order another voucher through Groupon. Well that was not true at all. If I didn’t call them to find out where the medication was I would have never known that you can’t purchase twice. They took my money and basically told me that it was my fault. Horrible company.

So this is a very bittersweet…

So this is a very bittersweet company!!! Their prices can not be beat!! But customer service is just awful. No one returns messages. No one communicates with each other and you will find yourself on the phone with customer service at least once a month fighting for a prescription you already paid for. You can never talk to the same person twice and you will never to talk to the doctor. They put down the wrong dose and the wrong date and it’s just a cluster X@&” of a company. I have had to do a lot of work and spend a lot of time on the phone to get the discount price. Soooooooo if your a tight ass and don’t wanna pay full price CosmetixRX is your company.. but it will be unorganized and horrible customer service. You will need to make sure you document everything to get your moneys worth. The meds are real and they do work!
