Been weeks since I ordered via Groupon w little to no communication after i provided all they needed. My portal says “completed prescribed” w absolutely no other information on when or how I might be receiving my medication. After reading all the negative reviews, my hopes are fading fast. Was charged for shipping last week. It’s been about 2 weeks now w no response or info. Stay away its such a hassle and a scam obviously.

My experience has been awful. I cannot get customer service to message me back about when my order will be shipped. They are not up front about the bloodwork requirements. The claim your order will be reviewed and processed within "48 hours". It has been several weeks with no clear communication.

If you want to deal with a company that responds back to you in a timely matter do not use this service. Horrible customer service.

OMGGGG what can I say about these people absolutely the best especially my girls Chelsea and Melissa they are so patient with me as I call continually with trying to ask questions about my order etc.so nice kind helpful with great sense of humor. Chelsea is so quick to reply to all my emails and allways helpful when I call multiple times. The process has been pretty standard so far. I haven’t gotten my medication yet but I’m hoping shipping will be fast. I do wish they would’ve told me that I needed to get bloodwork done. Thankfully, I already had labs done recently so it didn’t slow down the process but something to consider. They could definitely do a better job at explaining and outlining the steps needed before medication gets shipped out because there are definitely more steps to the process that they don’t tell uou about upfront. The monthly refill pricing was Also the best I’ve seen though

So far, I have had a good experience with them. They replied pretty fast and provided me the information that I was seeking. Overall, it seems like an easy process. Looking forward to getting the process started with them :)
