So far so good. Responses are fast and easy and the consult was very easy. I haven’t received my product yet but I’ve heard great things about this company so far so I’m excited to see how the rest of the experience goes.

I have not yet used the product but so far their customer service has been terrific and I was able to receive a $100 off discount and shipping reduced to $9 instead of $29. I decided to sign up because of my friend. She ordered the weight loss for her husband and was amazed at the results and the ease of working with them and the result of the product. Her husband is already down 7 lbs in his 1st week although he was told not to expect any weight reduction in the first week. Chelsea is awesome also. I will leave another review after I use the product, but based on my friend's hisband's results, I am hopeful.

I ordered through Groupon medication from CosmeticRx on April 30th,2025 and paid separately for shipping. To date, I have no email or text confirming my order. I've sent messages through their website portal and nothing. Worst company ever. Do not waste your time or money, they won't deliver.
They ask you if you've had any blood work done, and if so, to send it into them. The address that they have, you send it to the blood work doesn't want to go through. Regardless, I had to email them and ask them for a direct email, as that's what the file from the hospital needed so it leaves the question as to where exactly your personal info is going. I had to do from the hospital. But once I finally got it to them, you can't communicate after that. You call the customer service phone number and it rings incessantly. Nobody answers when you can leave a message they don't bother to call you back. I have several times now emailed them, my supposed doctor and he doesn't respond to any of the emails. Shipping takes forever. You contact the company to ask when you should be getting your prescribed medication and they'd just say, I'll give you a tracking number.

From the start (1/10/25), the customer service has been terrible at responding. Don't even use their "convenient portal" since I've heard since January that they have "glitches". They took a month to answer my requests about bloodwork, so I attempted to start my weight loss journey later than planned. In addition, I have paid full price for 2 additional months (since I used a GroupOn first). I then canceled my RX on 3/24 and got confirmation through the portal it had been stopped. I received a charge on 4/21 and inquired about it via the portal AND via phone. One person disconnected immediately, so I called back. The next I thought was helpful and said that she sent it to her team for the refund. I was still messaging through the portal as well. I got some snide response back that it was MY fault and I turned it back on?!!?!?!? WHY? The compound is terrible and didn't even work, so that makes no sense. The gave me a partial refund which is ridiculous since 1) it doesn't even work and 2) this was not my fault. I think the way this company operates is horrible. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and they don't even honor their mistakes. DO NOT USE!!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I couldn't be more happier with my glp-1 I'm down 8 pounds all ready thanks to these fine people Patrick is great at getting your prescription sent very quickly he gives instructions very well to prepare you best staff ever. Chelsea is absolutely amazing they answer any questions you have there prices are the absolute best you want be disappointed. I'm a be super summer time fine 😂😂 HEYYYY NOW
