I filled out the online questionnaires and they got back to me within 3-5 days. I asked my PCP to run a lipid panel for the required test for the prescription they did great job explaining autopay moving into the future.
Very helpful and friendly staff. It’s great to be able to afford these otherwise expensive medications! I go through them instead of my insurance and pay less than 1/3 of what my insurance charges. Thank you!
I purchased a 1 month supply for $99 through Groupon. In the initial conversation, the customer rep told me she could give me a discount on refills for auto renewal. I told her I DID NOT want to be on auto-renew because I wanted to see how the medicine worked for me. She said "OK", but did not turn off auto-renew. Consequently they sent me a refill that I did NOT want, and will not refund the purchase. I would not purchase from this company.
Doctor still hasn’t reviewed my info. A message was finally sent however when I tried to respond it’s not allowing me to do so. With that said the doctor will think I’m not responding and in turn delaying my medication even longer. Site indicates med is delivered in 2 days. That is definitely not the case.

I purchased a Groupon for weight loss meds. This company needed my credit card for shipping. After I provided my credit card, I found a charge on my credit card for over $300 which I didn't authorize. Groupon said they never redeemed the code and also did not refund it, and so this company has stolen over $400 from me. When I attempted to resolve it, they refused to respond.

Review after product- No customer service. Had a reaction no response. So I changed my card number So I wouldn’t get anymore and then they pulled up my old deleted card and charged it! I filed fraud because if they can’t even answer me when I have questions then I will not buy from them again. First review before the product : So far so good.
