Trovo vergognoso che una casa come la corsair si perda per così poco. Ho acquistato un kit composto da mouse, cuffie, tastiera e tappetino, dopo pochi giorni la tastiera non funzionava più bene. Conta... See more

Thank you very much to Andrew Freeman Technical Support Specialist, for his attention and to Corsair as a company for its spectacular service, I would recommend 100% and a thousand times to this company, for me it is a great pleasure to be a customer of yours thank you very much.
the agent was very polite and helpful .
I recently had an issue with a headset and reached out to customer service. Andrew Freeman, the representative who assisted me, was extremely courteous and professional. For the first time, I truly felt that my warranty was taken seriously and valued by the company.
Fueron muy eficientes y resolvieron mis dudas muy bien. Mi única queja es el tiempo de demora entre respuesta. Después de eso, me pareció una excelente asistencia.
I’ve been messing with iCUE for two weeks straight and it just refuses to launch. I’ve done clean installs, tried older versions like 3.38.88, even messed with services but nothing works. For a company that makes nice gear, this software is way too unreliable. I can’t even use what I bought because the app won’t open. Really hope they fix this because right now, I wouldn’t recommend it.
Very helpful support and clear guidance to get my issue resolved. Many thanks to Mel and Corsair for providing a great service!
The prompt and clear communication with Mel H, was key to resolve the grave problem I had with my PC. I'm very grateful for this help. Thank you Mel ✨️
Matthew B, from Corsair, helped me resolve my case in a matter of a few hours. Very professional and helpful. Thanks again, Matthew!
Mel H. was really good at explaining to me the process between the regular RMA and advanced RMA. This was my first time doing an RMA with any Corsair product before, and I have bought my fair share of products from them. Mel gave great detail about all aspects of the process, already has a new PSU on the way for me while my old has been shipped to them. He has been really good at keeping an open communication back and forth. As far as I am concerned I am happy with the service, thanks again Mel H.
Tuve un problema con mi Corsair iCUE 220T porque me faltaban las bandejas para SSD y el soporte técnico fue excelente.
