Conta... See more

Corsair treats every product as though it was a flagship product. It's like the Sail Boat on their products is to say this product is the best out there. Product quality is typically very good, but if you encounter an issue they will go above and beyond to help make things right and ensure you get the truly best outcome. No denial of warranty for obscure and obviously fake reasons. No replacements with used refurbished parts that might not work in 3 months or 3 days time. Just products they stand by and should be proud to sell. Every company has some level of problems and issues with the volume they all sell. Corsair stands above the rest with their dedication to quality customer service standards. You won't be let down.
Extremely fast and effective service. They didn't hesitate to offer me the best possible solution for my problem, love it.
Thank you Mel H. for the great RMA process! very helpful and knowledgeable! Outstanding customer service.
Will has been an incredible through the whole process, by helping me through troubleshooting steps and when that didn't work organising a replacement to be sent out with quick responses and the right information!
I appreciated the fast service and that the problem could be resolved quickly. Mr. Matty, who helped me, was very friendly and didn't make things difficult, he also wanted it to be resolved quickly and properly.
Prompt answer / support, fast RMA decision, fast delivery / replacement Everything was fine.
I’ve had to exchange my Corsair K70 RGB Pro multiple times through support, and every single replacement only works properly for a short while before new problems appear. Issues I’ve faced: Double key inputs (pressing “A” gives “AA”) Volume wheel working in reverse (turning down makes the volume go up, and vice versa) Random keys stop working altogether And now, my Shift key has completely stopped working I paid €174 for this keyboard, and the quality is absolutely unacceptable for the price.
Took a day or two for them to reply, but once SN and receipt verified they approved RMA without asking anything else. 5 star.
CSA was very helpful and quick
Will at Corsair was very helpful. He answered all my questions and gave me great help.
Even the supplier offered me only 2 years warranty for my PSU, Corsair is overnight more warranty. The responded very fast and offered me the RMA for the PSU.
An excellent support service. How all should aim to achieve.
easy, clear instructions that hallped you understand the reasoning and exactully how to fix the issue
Always been a Corsair Lover, but this time they really angered me, I had a really weird issue with my keyboard (K70 Pro RGB), so I had fill out a RMA request, and sent back all the content of the original package they sent me, as they asked, even the arm rest which wasn't even technological thinking that they would completely replace everything, took a bit of time but in the end I got back my keyboard and the cable for it, that's where the problem comes from,I didn't get back my arm rest, which I really but really liked, it's been a week since I got back my keyboard, made another "RMA" request but for the arm rest, today, I decided to check the UPS tracking code to see in how many days it's gonna come, they lost the package, even tho Corsair are nice to be replacing everything without me paying anything. Anyway, that's why I'm giving me 3 stars.
K63 keyboard has served me well for years, and still going on.
I asked for a replacement fan and one was sent but ups lost it so I contacted Corsair gaming again and they have sent me another brilliant and excellent customer service.
