Was looking for a suitable learner policy but fortunately warned off by reviews here and recent guardian article highlighting their dubious contract cancellation terms hidden in the small print, resulting in £40 charge when the test is passed whether you want to cancel or not (no option just to let it lapse). If you plan on taking out a policy make sure you budget for it to cost £40 more than you think...

Well, got a learner policy, passed my test and the charges went from £35/month to £450/month so cancelled, then charged £125 to cancel, best you avoid this company.
Megan was kind, polite and very helpful and solved my problem quickly.
Hidden costs, £40 to cancel learner policy is a huge charge, was not made clear at the time of taking out policy. Annual policy taken out and no money reimbursed when cancelled early.
Sarah at collingworth has nothing but kind words and great advice, after getting quotes of companies all weekend i felt i couldnt find a reasonable company till i came across these on trustpilot and wow these blew any other competitors out of the water and me being a novice in taxi insurance i gained knowledge and will be very comfortable in calling again to renew it time after time
