If I could do 0 star I would, the most deseptive marketing ever,and made me think my item was in stock then I received an email saying I have to wait for their restock for 12 days. Currently waiting in my refound which I had to go call up as online chat wasn't even helpful. Rude customer service on the phone and having to ask for an confirmation email about my cancellation was redicules why it wouldn't be am automatic email from them. Read the rest of their review don't buy from them.
Abysmal company. Bought an expensive kettle advertised as a few days delivery, later told 2 months but they'll send me a gift. Gift turned out to be a tiny chocolate bar! Insulting...Then kettle went faulty after a few weeks so has not lasted a reasonable time. They are arguing that it's not their problem and I need to contact manufacturer, which is breach of consumer contract. Or it's a 10 week repair, which is unreasonable. They're cowboys making up their own rules.
Well, on the basis I have the Coffee machine I ordered in the afternoon delivered the following morning bright and early, thats speedy. It’s a Lelit machine that works very well. Its up to me now to master the production of superior coffee. Thank you

Decent product and quick delivery even when we are on an island. We had purchased another machine prior elsewhere just didn't have the correct heat - This makes it exactly as you want it every time in our small island takeaway unit 👌

Excellent service and product
After sending the item back, they received it (confirmed by tracking and their own email!) — but still refused to confirm the return to PayPal, nearly causing me to lose my refund. I only got my money back because PayPal had no response from them, not because they cooperated. Terrible experience, terrible service, and completely untrustworthy. I’ve filed a complaint with Trading Standards and the ASA. Avoid this company.
I would have been very happy with this purchase if it had been clearly labelled as having a European plug and adapter rather than been hidden deep in the 2nd level of specification. I only found this out after receiving the product and unexpected plug!

This company is a scam. I ordered a philips toaster in matt color. I received a high gloss one and on top of that the box is completely in russian and it has an european plug!!! I wanted to return it but they did very difficult and I need to pay 10 pound shipping costs. Never use this website!!! One big scam.
