Delivered on time in good condition and espresso machine up and working.
My aeropress go took nearly 2 weeks to arrive and did not have any filters in the box, despite the description stating that 100 filters were included. Other than that, I am pleased with the Aeropress
Ordered on the 11/12/24 after a week I called to see where the item was, and the reply was your delivery is out for tomorrow and would be with me before Christmas Day and not to worry. Of course it didn’t arrive until after Christmas and was a gift for my grandson. Anyone who holds stock of an item and is in the same country as you should have delivered with in a week no matter what time of year it is, even second class.
I was very surprised to find a prompt email asking to give this company a review. First because the email was received six months after I placed the order. Second because my experience was so bad I placed an order for a cup for my husband as his Christmas present. It never arrived. Emails I sent whet unanswered and it took something like four or five weeks before I finally got a response an apology and a refund. I would never recommend this company and I would never use them.
Poor customer service
Terrible ! Where to start with this outfit…. I returned a coffee machine that wasn’t working properly. Both myself and my wife tried with it and had differing outputs. No milk coming out one time, no coffee another. Not their fault but went through the rigmarole of Aug I g to say would pay if nothing found, sending in videos then pictures of how I packaged it. Overkill but I get it. I e mailed in daily to get updates and was told to check website. Nothing for several days. I checked with the courier and it stated the machine had been sent to an address in Stockport and the photo looked like someone’s doorstep ! I rang in and was told all was ok and it had been received. Over a week with no update at all. I asked for the owner or senior managers e mail and was told it wasn’t given out. More days passed then the site said it had been received and was in a queue. Several further days passed and was sent a video and told there was nothing wrong with it and it would cost me £35 to return. I agreed but £35 !! I told Simon and others there I had lost confidence in the brand and wanted another machine. No can do as nothing wrongI was told. After several further days the machine was returned. In the interimI bought a delonghi (this one is gaggia) direct with money off and free glasses. The gaggia will be sold privately. Having been in customer service for over 30 years, running my own business successfully for almost 15 years I have found dealing with this firm infuriating and unacceptable to deal with. My advice- use another firm for your coffee and for coffee machines. Towards the end I was then given the guys e mail address to write to - why I couldn’t have that before I don’t know but I won’t be wasting more time on this firm. Poor is the best I could say.
Excellent pricing, good support, helpful response when I had to cancel a duplicate order. Arrived withing 5 days of ordering. Brand new with UK plug adapter.
Website is user friendly, packed with products and pretty good value (compared to market). The easy of purchase good and the delivery was very fast. I bought the machine, coffee grinds, for a friend and they love it.

I ordered several water bottles on 25th May. Now it’s 4th June, and the order still shows as “processing”. No confirmation email, no updates. £3.99 for shipping and they can’t even be bothered to ship the order after taking payment and sitting on it for a week and a half. Totally unacceptable.
I made my purchase in December & I’ve only just been asked to submit a review! The delivery took a really long time & I had to chase it up because I wanted it for Christmas. The fig panettone was the best one I’ve ever tasted. I will be ordering again but much earlier!
The Moka coffee pot is excellent. I bought 1 for each of my children in red and they were delighted with them. The company kept me informed at all stages of the ordering process, even when there was a delay of just a few days. I will certainly use Coffee Friend again.
I purchased an expensive coffee machine that failed within months. After weeks of waiting, Coffee Friend initially told me it had been repaired—only to later admit it hadn’t. Meanwhile, they ignored multiple requests for a refund and only agreed after I issued a formal letter before action. They also insisted on a 15% deduction from the refund amount despite the delays, stress, and poor handling on their side. I accepted only to move on. Communication throughout was evasive and inconsistent, and the process dragged on far longer than acceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Buy from a retailer with real customer support and proper warranty standards in the UK.
Saw the product through a Google Shopping Ad, only to find out it was ever actually in stock . They cancelled my order the next day.. They said my money back in 5-8 days but its been two week and till nothing
