Good service. Prompt delivery and kept informed from courier.

Honestly pay a little more and shop on amazon, John Lewis etc and if anything goes wrong you know they will fix it quickly. We ordered a coffee machine from coffee friend it arrived smashed. Had to email photos etc to company. They agreed to replace smashed part. But this was going to be 8-10 days. They promised to send a couple of complimentary cups as an apology too. Fast-forward 3 weeks I had to contact them to see where my replacement part was. It eventually arrived 13/6 original delivery of broken coffee machine 21/5. We were also told sorry your not getting cups any more, your getting chocolates. They sent 2 bars of Christmas chocolate that expired the same day as delivery.

I ordered a coffee machine from this company and returned it as per their policy. However, I never received my refund, and no one has contacted me since. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. I do not recommend ordering from them.

I ordered a Vintage Kettle which was very competitively priced. I was surprised it had a 2 pin plug but an adapter was enclosed to convert it to UK plug so not an issue. Well packaged and fast delivery.

Concerning email out of the blue confirming order. Not ordered from this company in 6 months. With all the scams that exist this is not how I'd expect a legitimate company to operate.

Easy to use website and competitive prices. Order processed promptly and delivered in very good time and without damage. It’s a gift for my hubby in our new home we’re moving into next month so not had chance to use the machine yet…looking forward to enjoying flashy new gadget.

I love variety of coffee beans in 1kg bags! Ive bought from them a few times now - always pleased with quality & speed! There was a bit of a dispatch delay (I hadnt read all info on some variety's page) this time - I did email & customer services replied quickly explaining the delay due to some varieties not being held in stock when I placed order & they needed to be ordered in (it did say that on website but I missed that info!) I do like that they usually have special offers - it does mean I can take bit of risk trying beans/brands Ive not had before!
