They said they ship worldwide, after making an order it got refunded and they said they don't ship to the UK They directed me to the UK only website where the same items were not available

Absolutely appalling experience with this company. Do not use. They send out products with EU plug sockets with adapters for use in the UK rather than proper wired UK plugs. You’d be safer with Amazon.

Awful experience. Took double the guaranteed dispatch time for them to even respond to an email. Then they dispatched a cancelled product in error. Once delivery was refused, they still did not refund the cost weeks later. Avoid at all costs.

Completely missed Christmas. I ordered a mug for my daughter on the 12th December. There was no notification that it was out of stock and was available for dispatch. Didn't hear a thing since the order date then a dispatch note on Christmas Eve. It arrived today. Poor communication, poor customer service, poor delivery and took way too long to arrive. Will not buy again from this company.

Delivery time was shocking, but when the machine arrived the box had already been opened to find a UK plug converter shoved in!!! No where does it state that they are selling products with non uk plugs! Very misleading and I’m sure the manufacturer wouldn’t be best pleased!!!!

Ordered an item, which arrived with a non-uk plug. Not mentioned when placing the order. Spoke to customer service who said its stated on the product description, which wasn't true. Sounds like they probably sourced some EU products cheaper than UK version but didn't mention it.

I ordered some coffee cups for a Christmas present with 8-12 working days delivery estimated - and a statement that 95% of customers received it within 8 working days. The customer service team were quick to reply, however they reassured me twice that the item would arrive before Christmas. However, they only shipped it at 5pm on 23rd December (12 working days after I placed the order..) so the order isn’t estimated to arrive until 27th December. Weirdly, checking the same item on their website it now says arrive within 2 working days, so I believe they order their items in and don’t have any stock, so if you want reliable or quick delivery I wouldn’t trust this website nor any reassurances from customer service.

I ordered a product from this store on the 2nd December with an estimated delivery of 10-12 working days. I have been in frequent contact with coffee friend and they said it would be with the courier at the end of last week. 22 days later there is still no sign of the order. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere if you wish to ever receive what you buy!

The item Miele milk container was perfect but the delivery time very disappointed this seems to be bit of a problem reading some review. Come on Coffee Friend start improving on it after all you are a online company.

I placed an order in early December and was told it would be delivered within 8-12 days. However, I still have not received my order. I’ve contacted customer service several times, only to be informed that the warehouse is behind schedule and that I need to wait another week. This is really unacceptable.

Slow delivery. Snarky response. Flat out wrong way to run an online business. Avoid. Like the plague

I ordered a coffee grinder from Coffee Friend via Mano Mano. When it arrived it had an EU plug, the lights did not work and the brush was missing. Coffee Friend refused to sort out the problem and replace the brush. I will never buy. from this company again.

Very bad company to deal with. Shipping takes weeks and only arrives after numerous emails and complaints. I bought a grinder on Black Friday, which was supposed to include 3 small bags of coffee, but they never arrived. The grinder itself took 3 weeks to be delivered. I will not be dealing with this company again and do not recommend them to anyone

My order took three and a half weeks to arrive. Order tracking on the website was broken, and so I had to phone up for any update on the order. People on the phone were very nice, but gave me inaccurate information about when I could expect my item to arrive. Delivery times advertised on the website and quoted in emails and on the phone were not accurate. I was not told how long the delay would be until a point at which it was too late for me to cancel and order from somewhere else. Item was listed on the website as in stock but actually took three weeks to arrive at their warehouse before they could dispatch to me. Happy with the product and with the price, but customers should be given full, accurate information about stock status and delivery times so that they can make an informed choice when ordering.

Dreadful communication. AFTER I placed an order for Christmas gifts, told of further delay. Over a week with no update, and I have zero faith in fulfilment. Thankfully I paid by PayPal and will refer them to the resolutions team if I don't receive confirmation of dispatch and tracking. Christmas is stressful enough without unprofessional service like this.

Know that you are buying non-existent stock! Coffeefriend does not hold any of the nice stock you see and order, they go out to buy it once you order, that's fine if worked but this method means no control over the times they promise. In my opinion this is unethical and misleading method. I didnt heed the warnings and reviews here! I wish I had taken more notice of the warnings here and not easily swayed by one the positives which I find very curious now, one states: great food nice staff, is coffeefriend a secret restaurant we did not know about or is there something about these positive reviews? My product that was meant to be delivered 1-2 weeks has yet to be, but the worst part is the practices, wouldn't it be netter to say we dont have it, we dont know when we will have it rather than to come up with creative reasons each time? now I have no idea if it will turn up or will it be used or new and probably not even UK spec. Coffeefriend? no friend of mine. Save yourself

Coffee pot is a present for someone else so I have no idea how good it is. However it was very well packaged and despatched quickly.

I bought a Mahlkönig X54 coffee grinder on their Black Friday. The delivery dates were from 8-12 working days, but usually delivered within 8 days, according to the website. I thought it was a long time, but 12 working days would be 1 week before Christmas anyway. It's been 12 working days already and they haven't even processed the product at the warehouse. It won't arrive for Christmas and I will need to buy something else! It is a waste of time and money. I strongly don't recommend this store! The products are not in UK and they take ages do receive and process them at their warehouse.
