The best coffe I've ever found here, in the UK: Santa Luzia /Black Crow, White Pigeon.

The machine came with a European electric plug and a manual in German. Although an adaptor was provided to make the unit work with uk plug sockets, it was clunky and unsightly. A bad buy.

Good quality coffee grinder.

I've waited 21 days for the delivery, then I found out that the machine was not under UK warranty and I be returned it, to wait another 15 days for the refund.

Slow delivery and vague communications. Filter Coffee Machine was okay, nothing particularly special.

The product is good but the delivery arrangements is unacceptable.

My kettle has an American plug with a UK conversion plug supplied, which is bulky and unattractive. The kettle boils very slowly and makes a loud banging noise while boiling. When trying to register the warranty with De’Longhi, I found that the model is a predecessor to the current version—none of which was detailed on the website when purchasing. As a result, I am unable to register the warranty. I have emailed Coffee Friend, and although the automated reply stated they would respond within a couple of hours, I am still waiting for a reply three days later. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this company and will not use them again.

Cheap product poor customer service.

It took one month from the placement of my order to the final delivery, but I did get what I paid for, at a very good price. My understanding is that when Coffee Friend say "in stock" they really mean "in someone's stock that they can buy from". If you don't mind waiting they could still be a good option. Just don't believe anything they say about the delivery time.

Great price, fast shipping, very well packaged. The store is easy to navigate, it's very clear what is in stock and what is not. Got my Comandante grinder quite fast actually, considering it traveled all across Europe. Yes, it took a few days but I saved a lot of money. Highly recommended!

I ordered coffee from Coffee Friend and was extremely disappointed. They sent me beans that were roasted 5-6 months ago, which is far from fresh. Even worse, the decaf beans were roasted that long ago, making them completely stale and undrinkable due to the nature of decaf processing. I reached out to customer service, and they promised a response but never followed up—it’s been two weeks now. If you’re looking for high-quality, freshly roasted coffee, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. There are plenty of UK-based specialty coffee roasters who provide much better quality and service. I had purchased from them a few times before, but after this experience, I won’t be buying from them again.

After attempting to contact them about my return that was received by ‘Martin’ (i have evidence the return was collected) their customer service claimed the ‘warehouse haven’t confirmed the return’ and only refunded me 50%. So, not only do they have all my items back ready to resell them at full price, i’ve been scammed out of 50% of my money. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Always a good selection of coffee delivered on time without damage.

Soda Stream I ordered a Soda Stream duo which came in 2 working days. Well packaged and works fine. No instructions in English however, but not a big problem as easy to find them online. They also gave me a UK plug adaptor which is not needed as no plug required for this machine, but it does suggest all their products are EU plugs and so they send out an adapter as standard (also mentioned on other reviews). If you don't mind that (or the non English instructions) then I'd recommend this company for the best price.
