Dreadful communication. AFTER I placed an order for Christmas gifts, told of further delay. Over a week with no update, and I have zero faith in fulfilment. Thankfully I paid by PayPal and will refer them to the resolutions team if I don't receive confirmation of dispatch and tracking. Christmas is stressful enough without unprofessional service like this.

Stayed at Cottons hotel and spa, Knutsford in July 2023 with my family. Misinformed by staff about DBB package and as a result over charged by thirty quid.
