Information about delivery times inaccurate
My order took three and a half weeks to arrive. Order tracking on the website was broken, and so I had to phone up for any update on the order. People on the phone were very nice, but gave me inaccurate information about when I could expect my item to arrive. Delivery times advertised on the website and quoted in emails and on the phone were not accurate. I was not told how long the delay would be until a point at which it was too late for me to cancel and order from somewhere else. Item was listed on the website as in stock but actually took three weeks to arrive at their warehouse before they could dispatch to me. Happy with the product and with the price, but customers should be given full, accurate information about stock status and delivery times so that they can make an informed choice when ordering.
