Purchased the Ascaso Steel Duo Plus Espresso Coffee Machine and Eureka Mignon Silent Range Specialità 16cr Coffee Grinder. Ordered the machine first then the grinder as I wanted to used the £100 voucher. Both items were dispatched the day after ordering and both items arrived the next day. Next day delivery is such a plus on coffee equipment. We’ve ordered machines from other companies that have claimed items are in stock when it is not, and having to wait weeks for delivery. Both items were packaged really well. Not opened fully yet. My only criticism is the tracking system doesn’t work very well, but not that I needed to use it seen as everything arrived really quickly!

Coffee as always is really good. But to 3 weeks to arrive

Sold a machine without a proper UK plug (adapter added to box) and without an English manual. Took a long time and a lot of chasing to action a refund.

Ordered a Bialetti espresso maker - was impressed with the low price and delivery was fast but the item is not as good as my previous one. The lid doesn’t seal as tightly so it takes longer to brew and is less intense than the identical espresso maker I had before. I think the reason for the cheaper price is because the item was slightly defective but this wasn’t clear from the website.

Delivery was £3.99 & it took two weeks for my order to arrive. The boxes were all damaged & opened. Wasn't worth it.

Late delivery and after 10 days of returning the package, I still haven’t received my refund Constant chasing, to no avail.

Everything fine during purchase and delivery. However, the pot was unsuitable as it didn't fit on the hob. The return policy of 14 days was too short, as I had to keep it for a few days after receipt for a birthday present. So I was unable to return it and am left with an unusable item. It would also be helpful if measurement of pot base was provided. A real shame, as pot was perfect otherwise!

Avoid this place at all costs regardless of the “great reviews” the moment you have an issue with whatever you purchase from them, you are doomed. You will be put through hell to resolve an issue and you won’t win. They will drive you mad . I say no more, good luck

Is 3weeks since I place my order and I still not recieve. Twice I spoke with help team, but info what they gave to me was not accurate. So Im still waiting, not sure when it arrive

Good company to deal with and great kettle, compact but great capacity and great features, I would definitely recommend. If you are into pour over coffee, this is one of the best kettles out there

Overall good company to deal with. Customer service is usually responsive. Only downside is that you may order an item, if it’s not in the warehouse, usually takes weeks for item to deliver and there is no update to customer via order section of the account informing the customer re stock availability. I had to call the customer service to follow up and swap my order with sth else in their stock. You may lose quite a few customers over this in a competitive market. My suggestion is that clearly mark which items are in stock and available for immediate delivery and which ones would take longer to manage customers expectations. Otherwise, items are all received, well packaged and had a good communication with their customer service on following up on my orders. I bought a Lelit Bianca V3 Couple of packs of coffee beans Milk jug And espresso cups.

Received in good time and all was as expected.
