Ordered sodastream syrups 2 weeks ago and they still didn't even dispatch them, unbelievable. Now I don't have neither £50 nor syrups.

Bought a coffee grinder from them, sent some free coffee beans aswell. Fast dispatch, no problems :)
First time trying Coffee Friend and will definitely be going back. It is great to get away from a certain big online store but you are never sure what the service will be like. Well, I needn't have worried. If I was going to pick anything it would be the shipping time but then they do state how long it will take. Just have to accept it will not be next day. Having said that the price was way better and the overall experience was great.
The ride was completed very quickly, unfortunately the wrong item was delivered. I’d asked for a filter to suit a Siemens coffee machine type CTES35B but the filters they sent where not suitable!
Arrived by post in a couple of days and we are delighted with the coffee grinder. Thankyou for the service and the product is first class.

The mugs were lovely except for one of them. I did send an email regarding this. As yet no response.. On one of the mugs on the good rim there is a burr.

I bought a bosch kettle , from coffee friend.co.uk , and it's come with an EU plug , and a huge ugly conversion plug , that won't fit because of my tiles. I looked back on their website and it does say it comes with an eu plug/converter. This is a sham company, who would want something in the UK comprised in this way, the reason they're doing this is to make more profit. Deep shame on this company.
I did not receive my order, I have heard nothing from the company and I am still awaiting my order or even correspondence explaining the issue
Delivery was a bit of a nightmare but the coffee is gorgeous. Really good value for money.
I received a faulty item from this company and trying to send this item back has been a nightmare, they are doing all the can to not give a refund. Still waiting !!!!
Quick and easy to deal with
My advice, read the full description and specifications as selling grey stock into UK. Ordered a Delonghi kettle to use in the uk, from what I assumed was a uk company. Kettle arrived with an 2 pin EU socket and a large black converter plug to use. This was not obvious on their site al thought hidden in the specification, just not something expected when using a uk based???? Company. Also tried to register the kettle on the Delonghi site for guaranteed and not recognised. Difficult to get hold of but finally returned using their return label provided by them. The return was received by them on 22/1/2025, and no issues raised. I am still waiting for a refund, they rarely respond to emails and when they do it is standard responses such as on the 27th January 2025 whereby I was informed a refund would be made within 14 days. When chased on the 10th February 2025, response was “a refund will be issued shortly”. As of today, 20th February 2025, I have received nothing although I finally managed to get through via telephone today and have been told the refund will be made back via PayPal tomorrow. I wait to see. Updated 21/2/2025 - after raising a PayPal dispute which was not easy, thanks PayPal, and a telephone call yesterday I have finally received notification that my dispute is closed and the full amount is being refunded. The after care of this company and return of peoples funds leaves a lot to be desired.
