Return policy
Everything fine during purchase and delivery. However, the pot was unsuitable as it didn't fit on the hob. The return policy of 14 days was too short, as I had to keep it for a few days after receipt for a birthday present. So I was unable to return it and am left with an unusable item. It would also be helpful if measurement of pot base was provided. A real shame, as pot was perfect otherwise!
