My advice, read the full description and specifications as selling grey stock into UK. Ordered a Delonghi kettle to use in the uk, from what I assumed was a uk company. Kettle arrived with an 2 pin EU socket and a large black converter plug to use. This was not obvious on their site al thought hidden in the specification, just not something expected when using a uk based???? Company. Also tried to register the kettle on the Delonghi site for guaranteed and not recognised. Difficult to get hold of but finally returned using their return label provided by them. The return was received by them on 22/1/2025, and no issues raised. I am still waiting for a refund, they rarely respond to emails and when they do it is standard responses such as on the 27th January 2025 whereby I was informed a refund would be made within 14 days. When chased on the 10th February 2025, response was “a refund will be issued shortly”. As of today, 20th February 2025, I have received nothing although I finally managed to get through via telephone today and have been told the refund will be made back via PayPal tomorrow. I wait to see. Updated 21/2/2025 - after raising a PayPal dispute which was not easy, thanks PayPal, and a telephone call yesterday I have finally received notification that my dispute is closed and the full amount is being refunded. The after care of this company and return of peoples funds leaves a lot to be desired.
