This is the absolutely most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. Everything they tell you is lies. One lie after another. You are on their time schedule not yours. They apparently are a non-asset based company that gleefully steals your money they pick up and deliver at their whims and wishes. My 11 thousand dollar quote ended up after the delivery to 20 thousand because they could not find anyone to deliver to my area and they did not have anyone in the DFW area to pick up for the delivery. Don't bother shipping heirlooms with this trogladite company they break things because they have a weight limit at the pay off. Just beak your items yourself. They lied about the price, They lied about having assets, They lied about every date arrangement pick up/ & delivery. Search elsewhere for movers Hire reputable Companies that have not changed their way of doing business fifteen times. Hire a Company that has not had to change their DOT Carrier number Multiple times because of complaints. Eric our first point of contact made promises never kept because they were intentional in their deception. I have stopped dealing with these criminals for awhile now I am writing this review to helps others not make the same mistake. D.L.B.

Mo, Saeed, and Victor from Loadtrans LLC were are packing and moving team. These 3 guys were fantastic!!! They communicated with us throughout the process, packed everything to ensure none of our items were damaged and met our timeline’s to ensure we were on the road to our destination. We couldn’t be more pleased with their professionalism!! Thanks guys Mark and Malory.

RUN RUN RUN...... They are HORRIBLE. We had them jump us from 4.5 to 7 to 11K when they finally got onsite. They were given the exact dimensions of all prior yet got there and added whatever they could. AFTER kicking them out they proceeded to call, knock on my door late at night and make deals. NEVER EVER even CONSIDER using this company

I recently moved to a new home across state lines and used Coastal Moving Services. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. The movers were friendly, quick, and careful. Their quote was accurate, and there were no surprise fees. Everything arrived without a single scratch. I’m so happy I chose this company.

1 star is to much They are a broker They sub out to Prime Relocations LLC When I filled a clam about equipment that was NOT delivered. They totally denied Furniture damage, they didn’t care. Filling the claim was useless, even with the BBB there was no help. I lost over $2000 worth of stuff.

moving from NY to Fl and calling around to get quotes. Called and the guy gave me a quote. Was badmouthing other companies even Uhaul. I told him I am just getting prices now. He was very rude and hung up on me. The price seemed fair to be honest, but after he was rude and hung up I would never go with them

I move through costal and loadrans LLC this is for all my gorgeous heroes and I’m crying. They are so amazing the way they’ve taken care of me they gave me amazing discount but way more than that they’re kind they’re loving their respectful they do everything so I pray with the big bosses and that they get so many raises and that they own their own company they are amazing today is what time is it? What time is it? 202 California time in the noon time all three of them are amazing and please everyone when they show up at your home, please be kind and loving and respectful to them because I love Jesus he’s watching these are amazing three heroes and yes I’m actually happy crying with all them. They are absolutely amazing. I will recommend them all over America and since I’ve been that’s all 50 states my families military. They are amazing. I’m so in love with them and bless them some amazing families. They are amazing. I’m I love them all and the new babies that come and BABYBOY❤️!!!! there is gorgeous here just going to take pictures. "Do NOT consider Coastal Moving Services for your move. Extremely poor customer service and is dishonest/shady about costs. I got quote estimates for my cross country move from over a dozen moving companies and went with Coastal because they provided the cheapest estimate. I was moving a 10x10x10 storage unit (1000cu ft max) from MD to WA. Steve Sanchez gave me the final estimated quote of 350cu ft for $3900. I sent the exact dimensions and a photo of everything that is in the storage unit and SPECIFICALLY asked if everything in the photo would be included in the quote. Steve reassured me that "as long as you are not hiding another storage unit somewhere everything will fit in our truck with no hidden fees". He was either incompetent and misguided or intentionally lying to me as my move ended up costing a total of over $7k. The contract allows for cancellation within a 72hour window, but the "inventory call" was done after that time so that when they increased the price I had no ability to cancel. I sent the same storage unit dimensions and picture to the inventory specialist and he added 100cu ft and $1000 to the quote. I texted Steve explaining my frustration with the price increase and lack of transparency, He sent a very apologetic message and admitted that he did reassure me and will "do my best to correct this, let me circle back with you after reviewing everything with the team". Never heard from him again after dozens of calls and text attempts. Other complaints: -Customer Service not apologetic or helpful during move process when quote was escalated -They did not call the right number on move out day. -Almost went to the wrong address after I verified 3x -Moving team filled 750cu ft (not 450cu ft quoted) and charged an ADDITIONAL 4k. (how can you be 300cu ft and 4k off when you have exact dimensions and a picture?) After months of complaints and calls to customer service, Brittanie was the only empathetic person who tried to help us. We were reimbursed 1k which was appreciated but not reflective of the original quote we were expecting. This is a public review *EDIT: in response to Coastals reply: -my husband Daniel called customer service to complain and we were finally escalated to management for a reimbursement after our move was done. During the move, I called and texted to report my frustrations countless times. -while we did receive and appreciate a reimbursement, it still was not reflective of the original quote we were given and paid over 3k more than expected which is understandably still frustrating -we did accept the reimbursement and agree not to sue or file any other claims. A public review of opinion is NOT a direct violation of said agreement.

The men who moved my things were very friendly, efficient, and they respected my house and things a lot. In particular, I was worrying about my antique furniture, but they wrapped it carefully and helped me carry it. The things were given to me without any damage and punctually. Definitely, a service that I would endorse.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A CON! They gave my friend a quote for $4700 and ended up charging her over 10k or they wouldn’t give her belongings back. They charged her PER stairs they had to walk up to her apartment. Lots of her belongings came broken/damaged. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

They handled everything with care and made the entire move smooth and stress-free. They arrived on time, worked quickly but carefully, and treated all of our belongings with great respect.
