THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! Do not listen to anything they say. They will lure you in with a low quote, and then after they get the deposit, they will raise the prices with no notice, waiting until it's too late for the customer to back out. All of my questions were not responded to until after they had received the full, raised payment. They are predatory in their negotiations, poor with communication, and dishonest. My phone representative - Andres - will scam you.

Avoid at all costs. I was forced into a last minute cross state move so I expected it to be expensive but the broker mark-up for the move was $3500 in addition to the moving cost. My broker Gabriel promised to available the day of the move which he was not...he was out at a concert and then somehow went to church and was unavailable then also. He also didn't actually schedule the move and I had to call customer service to get it scheduled which made me miss my original flight back home. When the movers actually showed up they said the estimate was way understated and charged me an additional $1200. All in all to move 300 cubic feet of space (very small) ended up costing me over $6k. I was close to throwing all my things away and just rebuying but I had a fair amount of pictures and sentimental things so I didn't.

The entire process, from the initial phone conversation to the last delivery, went well. Each package was handled as if it were their own, and the crew arrived on schedule and packed quickly. The communication during the transfer gave us piece of mind, and everything arrived securely. No greater service could be requested!

**SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS!** This was the worst and most horrible experience ever. They promise one thing but make you sign something completely different. They initially said they would move everything for $2,400. However, when they arrived to pick up my belongings, they claimed I had to pay an additional $2,400 because the move was based on a specific area that was booked, not on the luggage or furniture I had specified. I ended up leaving more than half of my stuff behind. Jared, the person who deceived me, charged my credit card $1,000 without letting me read the contract. He insisted I pay immediately, claiming that otherwise, the charges would increase. He also said he would handle everything and instructed me to contact him if there were any issues. When I called him about the extra $2,400 they demanded, he told me to call customer service because he couldn't help. I called customer service, and the representative told me that I had to pay an additional $2,400 for all my belongings. When the delivery came, I was informed that I had to pay another $350 for the items to be delivered to my doorstep, which was never communicated to me initially. They had assured me that I wouldn’t have to pay anything additional. When I contacted customer service about this, they referred me back to the contract, which contains all these additional charges. I am really helping you in writing this review. They are scammers; save yourself from them.

Never Ever Use Their Services!!! We are just in the middle of the process with them and here are the facts so far: 1. They charged us more than double of the price they promised us when we booked their services. 2. When we chose their services they told us it will take between 6-8 days (door to door) to deliver our stuff. 3. On Monday (July 7th) it will be the 9th day from the pick up date, we planned everything according to that, to receive our stuff, we called them today to make sure they arrive on the 7th, and they told us they didn’t even start the delivery process and that our stuff is still in CA and that it will take between 21-30 days to deliver it!!! 4. I have recording and text messages from them, stating that it takes between 6-8 days door to door. 5. When we called their customer service center, their representatives keep telling us different stories and are not willing to help us to expedite the process in any way. Stay away from this company, it is a scam. Btw, you can’t find their reviews on Google, they probably blocked them. I’m pretty confident that their 5 stars reviews are fake and bought through a third company. Stay away!!!!!!!!!

From start to finish, Coastal Moving Services delivered first-rate service. Their employees were on time, courteous, and professional. They loaded and wrapped everything with care, even the breakables. I valued the regular updates and the timely and undamaged delivery of everything. Look no farther if you're looking for a trustworthy mover. Completely happy with the service they provided.

The 2 men that came to collect our furniture were amazing , so proffesional, quick and clean. Deffinatly proffesional men . Will definatly hire this company again. I give them 5 stars. Absolutely excellent. Came on time. Just fantastic.

Coastal Moving Services is among the greatest businesses I've dealt with over my multiple moves. The entire process, from packing to unloading, went smoothly and without incident. Their movers were courteous, competent, and effective. Everything I owned arrived in wonderful shape. You don't often come across a business this trustworthy. I heartily endorse their services!

Coastal Moving Services made my transfer from Illinois to Florida go smoothly. Their staff was amiable, productive, and professional. My boxes and furniture were all handled carefully. Nothing was harmed, and they kept to their timetable. Customer care was always helpful and quick to respond. I've already told my friends about them. Excellent service and reliable movers!

If i could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE COSTAL MOVING SERVICES!!!! Once they receive payment from you they are non communicative. High key scammers. They tell you one thing but the day of moving it’s the complete opposite. It’s just a group of brokers disguised as a moving company. So instead go straight to the source.

This company is a SCAM. Extortion and Coercion. I am going to request an investigation into this fraudulent company by the Florida Attorney Generals Office and the Tampa DA's office. Unbelievable network of scamming.

All was a lie! I gave the guy a detailed list of my boxes and furniture. He quoted me for what I had. I sold many pieces of furniture because I was told that the price would go down if I had less. When the movers showed up they said that I did not have space for my things. When we called coastal they said I had more than we were quoted. Of course! They quote a size for like a college dorm. I knew nothing about size and completely trusted the guy that said that it would be plenty big for what I had. I was explaining how I did not even have all the furniture on my list. It's a complete scam. The movers said that they quote you 474 cubic square feet tell you it's more than enough and when the movers arrive they tell you that one king mattress is 100 cubic square feet. How can my boxes and other mattresses fit?! You're stuck and either pay more or lose your deposit. I am a single parent I was quoted $2720 and then it ended up needing to be $5900 in order to move. I lost my deposit. Then you can't even locate the salesperson that said you could reach him directly. Lie! Then the supervisor tells you that he has no supervisor over him. More lies!
