Costal movers is who I called and I was given a great price. I told them everything that needed to be moved and all was set. However, when the first set of movers showed up I was hit with an $850 additional charge! And when called costal to find what was going on I was "Oh the cost was because only the drivers can verify the space & weight of my 2nd motorcycle. No one thought to mention that piece of information! So then I was told as they packed my boxes into the truck that I needed more space than I was charged for. So I had to cut my load in half! Then I as I paid I was asked to write a 5 star review on the spot and after doing so, I thought it would my stuff live longer, one of the movers asked me for $10 to buy food! 3 wks later my stuff finally arrives and then I was going to be charged another $75 dollars for them to unload and walk 60 ft to my apartment door! I called the office which pissed the driver off so he decided he was going to "bring my stuff in at no charge" or should I say angrily slam, compress, and force my stuff into my apartment. He even cornered me with stuff so I was blocked in my kitchen just to show me his anger. I get my motorcycles and start looking them over. My BRAND NEW 2025 HARLEY DAVIDSON WITG 537MILES ON IT IS DAMAGED!!!! Chips of paint from the front fairing gone! COVERED in scuff marks and mind you my bike is WHITE. BROKEN MIRROR!! Then I really check out my other bike and the taillight assembly is completely broken almost in half! Scrapes and paint chunks have been taken out of my fairings on both sides. I AM BEYOND LIVID AT THIS POINT. Not to mention my boxes look like they came through a tornado. This is pure BULLSHIT! The company Costal used for my move is a company called Loadrans and they want cash. I now see why so they can screw you over & run!

Loadrans moving team was a prompt, professional, and pleasant team to work with. Wade made the process as painless as moving can be and was open and transparent about costs and making sure we understood the progression of the process. The team was fast and strong, gave us a lot of *financial* breaks on things we weren’t prepared for moving long distance for the first time, and wrapped everything to a level of care far beyond what I anticipated. I’d use them all over again if I had to do it over.

I never thought the relocation would go as well as it did. The movers were excellent, the rate was reasonable, and booking was simple. Without hesitation, they even assisted in taking apart and reassembling some large furniture. I would without a doubt suggest it to friends and relatives.

Without a doubt, this was the least stressful move I've ever made. The truck was packed carefully and precisely, and the staff was amiable and productive. Even the little things were handled as if they were important. Everything came undamaged and on schedule.

Extremely happy with how smoothly the entire process went. The crew was punctual, professional, and took great care with all our stuff. They kept me informed every step of the way and there were no hidden fees. A trustworthy team that delivered above expectations.

If I could give a negative number I would. They are the worst company to deal with. Why they are still in business is beyond me. 1. they under estimated our move by 40% then we couldn't cancel because it was within 7 days. 2. We told them to come on Saturday but they only give a 3 day window and came the day before. 3 They delivered our stuff 6 days later. If it wasn't the 4th of july they would have delivered in 7 days later. 4. They ONLY take cash or money oder on the last deposit. 5. The subcontractor they hired to move our stuff hired help from craiglist with NO background check. They could have had a major criminal record we wouldn't have know and with a child it was a very risky move. 6 Our some of our furniture, bikes, boxes were damaged. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE FRAUDS

Unfortunately, the representative I started with was great, but when it came time to confirm the amount of items being moved, the QA person (Mark K.) was not so great. Completely rude and unprofessional. Based on this alone, I do not recommend this company. We will see if they even show up to move my items.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Avoid this company at all cost! .They were orginally supposed to pick up our stuff on 7/14/25 and drop off our stuff at our destination by 7/28-7/30. The company did not show on 7/14/25 and when we called them to figure out what was going on they said that the pick up date was actually 7/15/25 and acknolwedged it was their error for the mix up in pick up dates. They also said that the 7/28-7/30 drop off date was completly unrealistic despite the person who gave us the quote reassuring us multiple times that our stuff would be at our destination within that date range. Then we were told that they could not pick up our stuff on 7/15/25 and would have to come on 7/16/25. The movers arrived at 8:00am and immediatly started with their bait and switch tactics saying how the orginal quote was too low and that the actual cost of the move would be over $580 more than the orginal quote, despite the fact that the original quote included 15 boxes, a bed frame, and patio furniture, where in reality we were only moving 8 boxes and no bed frame or patio furniture. When we called customer service they were less then helpful and extremely rude stating that somehow we were over 100sq ft over the agreed upon statment despite taking multiple large items off of the moving list. when conforonted about the bait and switch the customer service rep "Jason" condescendingly said we still would not find a better price for the move, inlight of already taking our deposit and not horing any of the promises made at time of agreeing upon the services. This company tries to give you a low ball quote just so you give them a deposit and then when it is actually their time to fufill their end of the bargain they raise the price in hopes you cancel so they can pockett the deposit without rendering any services, or to continue to upcharge and find hidden fees. Again avoid this company at all costs! This company is a blatant scam and should face legal consequences!

Loadrans LLC was amazing, efficient and Tetris experts in puzzling my storage unit in their moving van. Moe, Saeed and Roman are experts in their field

Run as fast as you can from this company. They are the biggest crooks I have ever had to deal with. They will give you a quote, demand a cashiers check or cash and then when they get your furniture to you they will not even open the truck until you pay them thousands of dollars more. Then once you get your items you will find that they broke many items and will not pay to have them fixed. They dropped our stuff in a parking lot. We confirmed with them that they would be arriving in the same truck they picked the stuff up in and then they transferred our items to another truck and could not get it in the driveway. So I had to find friends to load on a trailer to bring up my driveway. But they just dropped stuff in a store parking lot. The drivers are not able to communicate to you in any language, so you have to wait to call the office for assistance. A 4000 dollar move ended up costing us almost 10,000 and then we had many pieces of furniture broken and have to replace the items on our dime. DO NOT USE THEM RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

Coastal Moving uses deceptive practices to get you to put down a deposit up front. They will quote prices without telling you how they are calculating that. They go by cu ft. Up front they will drastically under quote by underestimating the cubic feet. And they will promise specific delivery dates. Once they get a deposit everything changes. Estimates start getting closer to a real cubic foot (just a couple of thousand dollars more) and once your stuff is on the truck you get an even higher amount due to the real cu feet. I told them up front that I had 10X30 foot of stuff in storage packed very tight up to 7 or 8 ft. Doing that math on that for 7 feet is 2100 cu ft. They originally quoted for 1300 cu ft then after getting my deposit a QA person came back and upped the price quoting 1800 cu ft. When the truck was finally loaded it was 2100 cu ft. Once they had my stuff, I was told they don’t schedule delivery dates and I would just have to be available when they got ready to deliver. (It was halfway across the country).

To start, the actual movers were great, this is not a reflection on them. The initial quote was great and well below all other quotes we received. During the "inventory check" which is 2 days before the movers showed up, we went through all the stuff we were moving, the amount of boxes etc, and they raised our price $1400.. Ok, we took it on the chin. When the movers showed up, they said there is no way its is only going to be this much. They then again raised the price by another $2000. We had to be out of the home in 2 days, so we were stuck with the upcharge. We called them and they offered us a measly $100 credit for the hassle. Whats the point in doing 2 inventory checks and quoting us when the final price is way more than what we were quoted initially. Absolute scam of a company, and we will never use them again.

Hands down best company I’ve worked with moving furniture! They packed all furniture professionally, efficiently, and appropriately. High recommend, especially if you’re moving state to state.
