Would leave 0 stars if I could. Avoid this company at all cost! .They were orginally supposed to pick up our stuff on 7/14/25 and drop off our stuff at our destination by 7/28-7/30. The company did not show on 7/14/25 and when we called them to figure out what was going on they said that the pick up date was actually 7/15/25 and acknolwedged it was their error for the mix up in pick up dates. They also said that the 7/28-7/30 drop off date was completly unrealistic despite the person who gave us the quote reassuring us multiple times that our stuff would be at our destination within that date range. Then we were told that they could not pick up our stuff on 7/15/25 and would have to come on 7/16/25. The movers arrived at 8:00am and immediatly started with their bait and switch tactics saying how the orginal quote was too low and that the actual cost of the move would be over $580 more than the orginal quote, despite the fact that the original quote included 15 boxes, a bed frame, and patio furniture, where in reality we were only moving 8 boxes and no bed frame or patio furniture. When we called customer service they were less then helpful and extremely rude stating that somehow we were over 100sq ft over the agreed upon statment despite taking multiple large items off of the moving list. when conforonted about the bait and switch the customer service rep "Jason" condescendingly said we still would not find a better price for the move, inlight of already taking our deposit and not horing any of the promises made at time of agreeing upon the services. This company tries to give you a low ball quote just so you give them a deposit and then when it is actually their time to fufill their end of the bargain they raise the price in hopes you cancel so they can pockett the deposit without rendering any services, or to continue to upcharge and find hidden fees. Again avoid this company at all costs! This company is a blatant scam and should face legal consequences!
