Might be good price, but the claims process is horrendous, we were without our vehicle for 10 weeks, I had to call each time to get an update, complex claims agent used words 'we are waiting for the quote to approve repair of your vehicle' etc, week 9 was then told the damage is not claimable based 'on report received says it could be this or it could be that', then had to pay own costs to have it towed from the reviewing mechanic.

Great Customer Service. Efficient, reasonable price for insurance. Highly recommended.

Quoting system is a shambles, couldn’t go back to previous and when you did it defaulted and you needed to ring 1300 again. Better disclosure on the $77 admin fee and additional costs if you choose monthly needed so that you can make a fully informed decision.

Friendly staff, policy quickly updated

After amending an insurance renewal prior to the renewal date, I was advised that I would receive an amended insurance notice. This was not received, so when I enquired after renewal date of my policy by phone contact, the operator insinuated that I was incompetent because I hadn’t checked my ‘spam’ which I’d already done, then said agreed she’d send me another one. So it worked out ok, but I felt accused about being an incompetent IT operator.

Firstly speaking with someone that is Aussie and can understand. The people I spoke to understood the policies and answered all questions I had. The wording and policies are easy to understand even though PDF's are long winded, but so are all insurance companies.
