A bit annoyed that the value dropped so much, and the premium went up. Felt better once doing online quotes and seeing the figure came out identical (so it wasn't just a good discount for the first year). Called up to discuss, the female on the phone was absolutely fantastic to deal with. she seriously was so lovely. This alone made me choose to stick with club4x4.

Price rise by $300 and never making claim. They changed underwriters and put the price up. Customer service was non-existent in trying to help

Kim helped me out with a number of adjustments to our policy. Including a cancellation, a new addition and an adjustment to a claim issue. She got back to me with an update and a positive outcome to the issue. Nothing was too much to ask for. Very happy with today’s experience.
Form was very easy to fill in. Had a quote, then a paid up policy all within 10 minutes. Price was very good. Hopefully my experience continues to be positive. Waiting to receive a new caravan in November, so will definitely be back with Club 4x4 for its insurance too.

problems trying to insure a new car that is not rego yet. finance and dealership required a cover letter before completing purchase but club 4x4 quote system did not like the car having no rego
