Cannot fault this company. Delivery super-fast. If an item is out of stock we are kept updated on delivery. Any queries via email are responded to within an hour!!

Customer service is excellent but packaging is terrible. Totally excessive use of "plastic rope" and sellotape, totally unnecessary. Have brought it up several times before. In a day and age where we are all need to be more environmentally aware, we all need to play our part.
