Churchill blamed me for an accident later the court blamed the othe driver.

Excellent online site, with everything available to view and download. This year was especially pleasing because my premium actually reduced. Very competitive pricings.
After my passed away he was the main driver Churchill changed the policy so I could stay mobile then they helped me get my own policy no pushing just helped me get the right policy for me.

Disgusting company , have 2 car insurance policies with them and home insurance, my home insurance renewal came through which I queried as I could see cheaper from other providers online , Churchill wouldn’t move on this I then did a price comparison and low and behold Churchill were on the website offering a cheaper deal , i have since spoken to about 5 different agents there and had contradictory information on every call , they don’t even seem to have a dedicated complaint team you can speak to instead just a team leader who misses most of your complaint out and doesn’t bother listening to calls which show all the lies and contradictions , if you don’t accept there lame excuse for an investigation they say they will put another pair of eyes on it , really can’t believe that this would pass any type of external audit I am now looking at cancelling my other policies that I have with them and am looking forward to taking this to the ombudsman as I am so disgusted with there lies, deceit and incompetent agents

My customer service experience with Churchill could not be worse. In every respect. I would strongly not recommend.
Churchill provided a very good quote, and made the buying experience very easy. The insurance seems fine, but can only review the quote and buying process (unless you need to claim, can't really comment on the insurance itself). But a very good price for good cover.

Hi I was in form my policy would take 5__7working days however it took over 10working days I don't like to be told something what is,my right and for that I,m disappointed
