Disgusting company
Disgusting company , have 2 car insurance policies with them and home insurance, my home insurance renewal came through which I queried as I could see cheaper from other providers online , Churchill wouldn’t move on this I then did a price comparison and low and behold Churchill were on the website offering a cheaper deal , i have since spoken to about 5 different agents there and had contradictory information on every call , they don’t even seem to have a dedicated complaint team you can speak to instead just a team leader who misses most of your complaint out and doesn’t bother listening to calls which show all the lies and contradictions , if you don’t accept there lame excuse for an investigation they say they will put another pair of eyes on it , really can’t believe that this would pass any type of external audit I am now looking at cancelling my other policies that I have with them and am looking forward to taking this to the ombudsman as I am so disgusted with there lies, deceit and incompetent agents
