We needed a full boiler replacement after our old system packed up, and Centrona Gas made the whole process seamless. From the first phone call to the final installation, everyhting was handled with professionalism. The engineer was freindly, explained all the options clearly, and made sure we understood how to use the new system. They left the place spotless and even checked that all radiators were working properly before leaving. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any heating or plumbing needs.

I don't normally leave reviews, but Centrona Gas absolutely deserves one. I run a small business, and when our heating system failed unexpectedly in the middle of winter, it caused a huge disruption. After calling several companies and getting nowhere, I reached out to Centrona Gas, and they immediately understood the urgency. They arranged for an engineer to visit the same day to assess the problem. What stood out was how professional and organised they were. They explained all possible they were. They explained all possible options and helped me decide on the most efficient and cost-effective solution. By the next day, they had a team on-site replacing the old boiler and fixing an issue with our staff toilet that had been bothering us for months. They worked quickly, communicated well, and made sure there was minimal downtime for our business. Their pricing was fair, and the service was top-notch from start genuinely care about doing a good job rather than just getting paid and moving on to the next customer. Centrona Gas really delivered and I will 100% be using them again in the future.

Used Centrona Gas for an annual gas safety check, and they were great. The engineer was on time, professional, and explained everything in a way that made sense. The report was sent over the same day, and the pricing was reasonable. Will be booking them again next year.

Ben carried out a power flush on our heating system. The improvement is amazing

Ben from Centrona has gone above and beyond to help resolve our boiler and plumbing issues. I can't recommend him highly enough. At last, we have found a plumber we know will get the job done!

I've been using Centrona Gas for years, and they've never let me don. Most recently, they installed a brand-new boiler at my house in Penge SE20. Rachel me updated on schedules and answering all my questions before the installation. The lads arrived promtly on the day and were a brilliant team. They were polite, efficient, and incredibly tidy, making sure to leave everything clean and in perfect order once the job was done. Ben also took the time to walk me through the boiler controls, which I really appreciated. Living in Penge, it's reassuring to have a reliable local company like Centrona . The combination of Rachel's excellent organisation, the engineers expertise, and their fair pricing means I wouldn't go anywhere else for my heating and plumbing needs.

Dan installed a new heating system for me in SE14. He was very professional and clearly knew his stuff. Rachel handled everything with ease, and I'm so happy with the result.

Rachel got John out to replace my kitchen tap. He was fast, friendly, and the work was top-notch. Would definitely use Centrona again.

We've been with Centrona Gas for a while now ever since they replaced our old heating system two years ago. Always impressed with their work. Last week, we had an issue with one of the radiators and Tom came out to fix it. He was fantastic, professional, friendly, and sorted everything quickly. He also showed me a couple of simple things I could do myself in the future. The office staff are always lovely too, helpful and quick to respond. Honestly, you can tell they care about their customers.

Centrona Gas were recommended to us by a friend when we needed a new boiler installed and I'm so glad we went with them. John came out to give us a quote and his advice saved us nearly £300 because we didn't need a boiler as big as we thought. Honest and knowledgeable, can't ask for more. Ben arrived early as I had to head out to work. They were efficient, friendly, and left the place spotless. I came home to heating that worked perfectly and no mess to clean up. Great experience from start to finish. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.

We had a leaking boiler last week and Centrona Gas were quick to help us out. I rang the office Monday morning and they came the same day. The engineer arrived on time and got straight to it. He was both friendly, professional and happy to answer all my (many) questions. It's rare these days to find engineers who take the time to expplain things properly. They fixed the issue and even gave me some advice on keeping the system running smoothly. Really pleased with the whole experience.
