I am always reminded of due service checks coming up in plenty of time which is very useful as a landlord with several properties. I have used 100% Gas for many years and they have always provided an exceptional service.

Annual Boiler Service
Engineer arrived on time and carried out the annual service on my boiler in line with the manufacturers recommendations. He also answered my questions regarding boiler maintenance and around some issues I'd been having with one of my radiators. Used this company for years, highly recommended.

I find them very helpful and they always do an excellent job. I find they give honest reliable advice and are happy to explain what they are doing while they are working on the job. I find their prices are reasonable, I have used them for a few years now and I intend to stick with them for as long as I can. It's rare to find a company you can really trust. emergency call out
I am another tradesman who required an emergency call out, so went with the local number on google. 💯 Gas were excellent. They were quick to respond, polite and clear on call-out fees etc. I would definitely use again if I find myself requiring assistance in the area.
