We had a leaking boiler last week and Centrona Gas were quick to help us out. I rang the office Monday morning and they came the same day. The engineer arrived on time and got straight to it. He was both friendly, professional and happy to answer all my (many) questions. It's rare these days to find engineers who take the time to expplain things properly. They fixed the issue and even gave me some advice on keeping the system running smoothly. Really pleased with the whole experience.
