Quick & easy. No fuss. Would use again.

Effortless booking platform. Took out the all-encompassing insurance. Ordered an auto BMW and got a very acceptable auto Audi from a choice of three. Destination handling was friendly, quick and efficient, including the return.

Straightforward service with no hidden fees or catches. Car rental as it should be... and the start of an awesome holiday!

Good prices, but bad customer service. Don't take responsibility for description of vehicles - i.e. offer X car or similar at a certain price on the Carrentals website, but the rental supplier says upon collection that they don't offer X car, and that to have a car with the same specification as X car will cost more. It isn't the supplier's fault because they wouldn't offer car X or similar if they don't have car X at all, but all that I got from Carrentals when asking for the extra charge to be refunded were repeated standard form emails saying that this is not their responsibility. Especially poor when the description was misleading, and I have rented through them around 100 times.

Hired a car in US for a two week holiday. It was a good price easy to use and good locations to collect the vehicle. I needed to amend the booking which they did with no hassle and no admin charges and re unburden the difference within 72 hours

The reservation worked very well. But there wasn’t much service from europcar, in where to deliver the car or when we had to catch-up the car it was very unorganized and no structure in giving out the cars.

Easy to book for a car ready on arrival at Sanford (Orlando) Airport. Used Budget, quick process. Good price. Would use again

Everything went well from the booking till delivery of car.

The booking process was very simple and straightforward. The "no worries" option suited our budget well. On arrival at Gatwick, however, we were informed by the very helpful and professional Europcar attendant that we were assigned a "small" vehicle and actually NOT the INTERMEDIATE vehicle we booked and paid for. He assisted us nevertheless and we eventually were assigned a vehicle that did fulfil our needs. Europcar distinguished themselves in this regard. Question: Who was responsible for the change in the assigned vehicle? Luckily a friend of ours had the same experience (with another 3d party provider) and I was prepared and had all my documentation printed out and ready. It could easily have turned out less fortuitously. I would value your feedback

Yet again...Sold what I thought was a complete package.... still the local firm (Sixt) still tried to flog me unnecessary extra insurance Sell easy to understand complete packages..it is not hard

Seamless service, good value and trouble-free. One consideration for improvement would be to enable minor changes without cancelling the transaction and starting again. This would inevitably mean a different price point that may not be so attractive

Good and easy to use!

We were really satisfied with Carrentals service, the booking process was quick and simply. Though we preordered a Renault Espace for 7 persons but on arrival to rental desk at the airport we got an almost brand new and very nice fire red coloured Seat Alhambra with 7 seats. The pickup process was short and smooth, the car served us perfectly, we drove about 1000 kilometers. There was not any problem or malfunction during our stay in Galicia. The car return at Keddy/Europcar was also smooth matter it took just 5 minutes. All in all, we liked the service and enjoyed driving the rented car.

Great staff but the computer system was not working to the same standard.
