I bought 3 parts but only 2 parts were delivered. I’m asking for refund I have emailed them 5 times but no reply.

Trustwortha company

As regards my order and delivery I can't complain. Everything worked out fine. Item (a wire connection for headlight of my VW Touareg) was original and worked perfectly. Delivery arrived even one day earlier than announced, although over easter holidays. Price was fair. Only delivery costs together with customs charges which where not mentioned before increased the total amount considerably. Therefore one star less. But nevertheless recommendable and trustworthy.

Please note they are based in Germany…

Please note they are based in Germany not in Ireland. This creates a lot of problems.

Was not expecting a good outcome after…

Was not expecting a good outcome after I read these reviews. I paid a ridiculous shipping price and it took a week to arrive,but my order was perfect. Not giving 5 stars because when you pay that much for shipping, you should get it sooner.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, ordered and paid for on the first of the month, 25 days later, no update except a reference to it being completed, avoid this company at all costs,, or be sure your bank will reverse payment in case of failure.

I recently bought a car part from this…

After 2 months the issue was resolved by autodoc.co.uk when they to ok over the issue from car-parts.ie and they have saved the order amount into my deposit account. I hope that car-parts.ie will learn from this experience how to deal with customers in the future. Big thank you to AutoDoc.co.uk for stepping up to the responsibility. I recently bought a car part from this online company and after providing their search engine with my car data, they offered car parts from the European Continent, which has a different configuration. I wasn't made aware of this and of course the part does not fit my right-hand steering car. I informed car-parts.ie that the part was faulty and a return procedure was started, but the stopped and I was informed that the warranty section had denied my claim of a refund. I am disgusted with the way they treat customers and deny their right for a refund. That is not a fair business acumen and I am looking now into various options to claim my rights as a customer. I urge you NOT to buy any products from car-parts.ie as they take your money send you wrong parts and then reject any form of complaint. This borders on fraudulent intent...

I ordered via Ebay a reconditioned alternator for my Volvo V70 from "thestartermotoralternatorco.ltd" To make sure I ordered the right part I contacted the company. Not only they assured me it was the right part but they also mentioned about the comprehensive work done to recondition alternator. I was impressed by what I received, the competitive price and how efficiently the order was processed

When it came to refund after cancelling…

When it came to refund after cancelling two orders within hours of order as seemed to be the wrong part the process went smoothly although, having read the reviews of the parent Autodoc.de on various European websites I expected problems, I had none. That said I gave them no chance to prevaricate as I know how things should go. Suggest you make sure you follow the steps they recommend on the website but be aware that auto-doc.ie does not work and use the car-parts.ie email address if you require a refund if you ordered from Ireland as I did.

Very slow processing time. Poor customer support.

Very slow processing time. No contact number and generic 24 response from webpage / email. Placed order on 05/03/21 from items in stock. Contacted numerous times to query delivery and was told the items had despatched although the GLS website stated that they were booked in 09/03/21 but not handed over. Order dispatched 16/03/21. Processing time 8 working days for stock items is nothing to be proud of.

Dont mind the bad reviews!

I read all the bad reviews, however this website was at least twice cheaper then any others in Ireland. I ordered 250EUR worth of parts. It took them more then a week to arrive since they are shipped from Germany, and I got everything and well packed! It is no wonder they dont deal with returns since car parts are heavy thus expensive to ship to Germany. Any ways, I saved more then 250 EUR buying from this site.

Very very Bad company may be Fraudulent untill they received Money they were replying emails quickly once they received money more then a month gone keep emails them no response not supplying the items neither refund my money now taking action through bank for refund not worth it avoid them
