Was a fantastic break away..

Apart from the coach breaking down which is not our driver or the caladonian teams fault all blame go,s to the mechanics that service the coach's we still reached our destination, the hotel was good,clean and the food was good all in all me and the wife had a lovely break thank you caladonian travel

Where we went and the driver

I have booked a number of holidays with caladonian and always had great service off the staff in middlesbrough shop.

I would rather pay extra to spend the night in a better hotel. HOTEL was disappointing

Spoilt holiday dew to waiting 2 hours in Middlesbrough for new bus hanig around abus station not my idea of a holiday

My booking was easy to do, the lady was very professional.

So easy to do over the phone.

My hotel room-toilet seat was loose and the tv kept coming on when turning off.

What makes the experience go well . Is because the advisors are knowledgeable and friendly and can help the customer get what they want and the best price possible .

I had no problem booking what I wanted.

One phone call and all booked by friendly staff within 5 minutes thankyou

Ease of booking very professional polite and friendly

The booking was simple - the colleague I spoke to in order to make a change was helpful and knowledgeable. I was happy start to finish with this purchase process.

The driver was great and the trip was good

The drive down was good (well done our driver), the hotel room was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel its' self was good and the food was top class 10/10. The only dissapointing thing was that we never got to spend time in Swanage as per your advert. Instead we stoped in the town centre of Poole without seeing the sea front only shops & market that got a 2/10 from me. But the trip over on the Hovercraft and time on the Isle of Wight was a 10/10 Well worth going, eventhough it is a very long drive .

I find it easy to book and follow the instructions on line even though I am not good on computers.
