I was able yo book the journey I wanted. Slso hit a reference to hold till next day ad my bank card was not working. Friendly xnd helpful understanding

Called in to local office to book a tour. All completed efficiently, with very friendly and knowledgeable staff, within ten minutes.

Booked our holiday,and we had to change the date. Phoned Caledonian got a really nice lady, changed the date no bother at all.

Telephone answered in a short time. Kirsty, the young lady, who dealt with my call, was very professional aswell as pleasant, polite, helpful.

The hotel was in a perfect position food was great drivers Stevie and Derek were great and staff at hotel were great. Only downfall during hot weather was window could not be opened in the room. Also very good having four drink vouchers per day. Trip was 14to 18 July

I was travelling alone and did not feel uncomfortable the drivers were excellent and the accommodation was very good I thought it was good value for the holiday because of this I have booked another trip with you in October

I was unable to book the holiday I had chosen on line and was instructed to call the booking office On calling the booking office a very helpful assistant explained that although there was room on the bus the hotel was full She gave me prions and we decided to go on the same holiday a couple of weeks later where there was plenty of room She helped choose our room and seats on the bus She asked if we had any special requests and I explained that my husband was vegetarian so she made sure to request this in our booking All in all a pleasant experience

We love going on the Caledonian trips wether it be a day trip a weekend break or week abroad we enjoy every minute of it everything is planned for you no need to stress about anything drivers are always amazing too , can’t wait for my next trip 😍

Managed to book at short notice, and could see what seats were available. Easy to understand Day Trip availability...

Easy Efficient respectful

Great trip to cadburys world and west midlands safari Park. What would of gave this trip more stars would have been if the driver was more engaging we had very little talking from the driver to the point on the return journey we had to ask when we were having a break which was not announced.

Excellent - trip and really good value for money. However coach departed late from Huddersfield

I have travelled now with Caledonian for a number of years., found the drivers to be experienced, polite, and helpful. We mainly stay at the Torbay Hotel, Torquay., the staff cannot do enough to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. Enjoy the inclusive trips., plus the holidays for what you get are great value for money. Sandra and Neil

Easy to book, great price and variety

This is the first time I have used the company I never go away any where but people told me that uses are good I booked everything with yous and use were really good at helping me to book to go to Blackpool with the company and yous have sent me Emails up dating thing for me I would use the company again because yous are really helpful

Very well organised

A lovely experience had by myself and my granddaughter, the hotel and all round trip was fantastic and a special mention to the coach driver who was very helpful.
