I have travelled now with Caledonian for a number of years., found the drivers to be experienced, polite, and helpful. We mainly stay at the Torbay Hotel, Torquay., the staff cannot do enough to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. Enjoy the inclusive trips., plus the holidays for what you get are great value for money. Sandra and Neil

Following checking the Caledonian Web Site and selecting the holiday I required I telephoned Caledonian Travel., the telephone was answered almost immediately by Jean in the Glasgow office who could not have been more helpful. A simple matter of giving her the booking reference of the holiday I required. She took all of my details, explaining the options open to me. I booked a holiday to stay at the Torbay Hotel on the 18th September. Everything was so quick and easy, payment etc, following this I received an e mail giving the full details of my holiday etc
