Enjoyed Durham and Whitby Hotel ok breakfast organized,Evening meal wasn't down to hotel staff. Driver was really nice and pleasant.

Website easy to navigate to find preferred destination and simple steps to book break and choose seats on coach. Can't really think of much more that would be helpful or an improvement to the booking experience.
Sales person was very thorough, checked dates, times, seating, bedroom, so looking forward to our trip to York xx

The Coach and Driver brilliant, hotel staff brilliant. Hotel rooms very poor facilities and decor, first night woke up at 5 in morning covered in ants. Staff moved us straight away to another room. Food was similar to what I got for school dinners back in the 70's . Original hotel in a central location the Hampstead Britannia too far away from the centre, costing us over a £100.00 in taxis.
Amazing experience, such a pleasant driver with excellent communication skills. The only bad thing was the seats on the coach were unbearable, they are extremely hard and put constant pressure on your back causing prolonged back pain. Especially on a trip that takes 6 to 7 hours each way. Other than that I enjoyed my time just suffered with back pain the whole trip which was unfortunate especially when there was alot of walking involved when we got to London and to Harry Potter Studios.
It was our first time with Caledonian travel , We went on one of your mystery weekend trips It was brilliant the driver was great and so was the hotel it's self, But there was only one thing that kind of put a big downer on the whole weekend which was the hotels evening meal The hotel was The Milestone Hotel Peterborough...The.Soup was like a cheap cuppa soup ,The Roast Beef dinner was like a cheap frozen one ..and the cheesecake didn't have any taste & the gelatinous consistency of heavy duty wallpaper paste.. The breakfast on the other hand was delicious and spot on

Great holiday from start to finish. Great hotel and food was good coach driver was very knowledgeable and helpful what more can you ask. Love caledonian travel had some great 5 day holidays with them.
Clean hotel good food good entertainment four drinks per night excellent also bingo good money prizes all in all great weekend

The hotel Riviera was good in a lot of ways (entertainment very good) food reasonable but needs certain things checking into. Lift broke down Wednesday 16th July and was not repaired when we left Friday 18th July 25. There doesn’t appear to be a contingency plan in place if on 5th floor and cannot use steps? We had a special request for low floor due to mum having a walking aid but did not get. Also requested walk in shower which we had to pay £5 pppn which wasn’t advertised, done through hotel. I appreciate that Caledonian may not know about the hotel pushing the upgrade to a refurbished room with walk in shower?
Back 4 hours ago from Hotel Burstin,Folkestone,my 8th visit,not my last!!! Driver Stewart was very good at his job,staff in hotel,friendly/helpful.Room,foodwas very good value for money,only small niggle was that Victoria restaurant not open,which I still prefer,personally.Recommend visiting Dover town/beach....council spending thousands renovating beach front...delightful .Caledonian are missing a trick there?????A BIG thankyou to Caledonian again from me,looking forward to next adventure soon!!! Xxxx
