Went to our local office in Middlesbrough to book. It's great having this facility. All staff are always friendly, informative and very helpful. Andy dealt with our booking and we couldn't ask for a better booking experience.

Brilliant help on the phone from the Ladies. Website would not recognise a travel voucher, but no issues on the phone. Kept well informed, correspondence is easy to follow and the coaches are clean and comfortable. Drivers are knowledgeable and entertaining too! Best part is the pricing. Definitely the best out there.

I had difficulty booking online(problems my side) so I decided to phone, the service I got was a very satisfying one the lady who took my booking was extremely helpful polite and made me feel important, that is why I book holidays with caledonia travel they are very reasonably priced. I've booked two holidays and a day trip already this year and will sneek in another no doubt.

Recently booked a 5 day trip with Caledonian travel and received the best welcome and excellent service when visiting the office. . The staff were very helpful and answered all my questions, offered suggestions and noted my special requirements - nothing was too much trouble at all. Totally recommend booking with this company.

When I'm booking a holiday and there are no single room available they always go above and beyond to try and fined you a room where ever possible .

The customer services team were very helpful with my booking with a voucher given from a previous, disappointing excursion. So I am prepared to give them another chance as it may have been a one off
