It's our first time with caladonean. The vacations are a great price and very interesting with what is included. Being honest, the destinations seem a little limited compared to other coach companies we have used, but the prices are competitive. May be a little more variety! I use a screen reader, being visually impaired. I find, when looking for vacations, I enter the dates and destinations, then the filter section is there, but it is blocking the webpage, so I can only see half of one vacation at a time. Can this be made to disappear if not needed, so I can view more destinations at once? Paying for the holidays is great. It is simple to use but very informative and fast. Great work. With the few tweeks above, it would be a fantastic site to use and I am sure we will be booking again, if the actual holiday is as good as the booking experience. Good driver, remembered to give safety spiel, including re seat belts. Only issue was the traffic jam into the venue. Quick journey home

Loverly break away to the Isle of Wight, driver and staff at the hotel couldn’t be faulted. Although the room was clean they need updating ( painting ) …overall a loverly hotel right on the beach. I would definitely revisit. Look forward to another trip with Caledonian.

There was only one lift serving four floors with a maximum of four people at a time....the rooms were in need of repair and there was no fruit at all for breakfast. On the plus side all the staff were very helpful and pleasant though they had a heavy workload

Recently went on trip to great yorkshire show. Very disappointed that bus was 45 minutes late getting to start point which in turn made us late for beginning of show. Then another half hour getting lost on route. Missed a lot of the events I had wanted to see. Although we were given an extra hour and a half at show most of the events had wound down by then so there was no point to the extra time. The road closure in Middlesbrough was well known in the area so time for buses travelling there should have been taken into consideration and using drivers who know the intended route they are travelling too. Tried to make the best of a disappointing siutation

We had a good trip. John the driver was very good. The Chatsworth house hotel, Llandudno was ok but lift was out of action. Meals serving was slow second night ,two staff setting up new tables when people were waiting for food?. Otherwise reasonable value.

I booked two holidays without any problem

Confirmation of booking not sent ,and took an inquiry 3/4 days later to resolve the matter, which was corrected right away during telephone call.

The trip was well organised, I was even notified in good time of a hotel change. The coach was clean and comfortable and the driver was friendly and informative. He looked out for his passengers in the hotel too. The hotel was clean and tidy with friendly, helpful staff and a comfortable nights sleep. I presume our trip wasn’t full and two trips were merged onto the same coach. We were offered a ferry crossing and a Magical Mystery Tour at a discounted rate.

Good offers for a variety of destinations. Very reasonable prices. Comfortable travel and excellent staff.
