i have traveled with caledonian on many of thier trips both one and two day i have never had and problems with booking or travel the hotels are also very good

Disappointing weekend 😒 first day picked up at 07.40 with one pick up. Dropped in Skegness at 10.00 told will be picked up at 15.45. Driver did negotiate to 15.30. Plus the day rained all day. Drop off much to long & drive to hotel to far. Hotel dinner was inadequate. Sunday in Lincoln was amazing.

Driver spot on and trips what we paid for hotel clean staff polite only big fault was we were outside ha ind a drink resterant manager asked us to go with him to be seated at 7.15 we were first in last served and recieved our starters 45 mins later and when we went for main meal ran out had to wait another 10 mins not good but the manager came to us later and apologised said he had got it wrong otherwise OK I no people will Say someones got to be served last but had to wait to all passengers were seated meal 7.30 some came in at 8 bad planning rant over ha ha

Great short trip. Love Rob Roy hotel with large bedroom, good food, friendly staff. Michelle our driver was entertaining and considering the very hot weather did an excellent job. Aberfoyle is a special place for me.

Good driver snd coach

Website was a bit complicated and took me a little bit to navigate it when completing the pay part.

Brilliant company , the staff are lovely from the ones in the Caladonian shops to the drivers , the short break we had we stayed in their Caladonian tower hotel in Blackpool and the staff were lovely in there as well . Used Caladonian quite a few times now

The coach was clean and very comfortable. The driver Graham was friendly, efficient and made up time after being stuck in traffic. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, the meals provided were good quality and plenty of it. The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately during the night there was a lot of noise, shouting etc outside from what seemed to be illegal immigrants who congregate in that area of Coventry. This is not at all the fault of the Hotel but a sad reflection of the state of our cities these days. All in all we were very well looked after!

Was very happy with hotel the staff were all friendly. I'm pleased I chose the Torbay Hotel as it was across the road from the land train and this help me get around as I can't walk far as well as giving us history information of who came from Torquay.

Really nice hotel... good destinations. Need coaches with charging points for phones though. Could do with a family mystery weekend and then an adults one that way it suits people a little more.

Absolutely fantastic trip for start to finish. The bus was comfortable and clean. The driver, Jason from Hull was such a delight. He was knowledgeable, safe and such a great sense of humour, he made our trip! The itinary was just right for our trip, 3 day, Downton Abbey. The hotel was comfortable with good food. We would certainly travel again with Caledonian, excellent and fun trip. Grateful travellers Keith & Jules Wakefield
