booked a holiday italy it was terrible spent more time on bus and motorway only got 4days in italy stopped in france at a hotel which our room was smelling of dampness asked for another room no was the reply after traveling for 10hours on bus there was no evening meal booked for ourselves us had to find somewhere to eat arrived in italy next day our was small 2single beds which might i add sunk in the middle no tea coffee facilities in room no fridge blood stained curtains, asked for matteress to be changed and guess the answer yes - it was no you were able to get tea coffee at breakfast after that you had to buy tea or coffeee the staff were not very polite or welcoming meals were a disaster it was not just myself and husband who had complaints most of the 23 people we travelled with had the same complaint caladonian shame on you and we did not get free excursions we paid for them did not pay to sit on a bus for 30hours saw more motorways and industrial estates than sights in italy we left on 17 june untill 26th june when iwent to school10+ 17 was= 27 so we were 1 day short heard such high praise for this company never again

Been on a few Caledonian travel coach trips and found them very good value for money The coaches are modern and comfortable and the drivers very friendly and knowledgeable Hoping to book many more with the variety of trips offered

Although the hotel was clean and comfortable the food and the way it was cooked was terrible and the serving staff were unprofessional and inexperienced. Meal times were chaotic and stressful

Ease of navigation

We went on the 8 day holiday to Torquay 12th to 19th July the holiday was fab the coach driver Jason was a blast he had a good rapport with the passengers the excursions were good me and my husband didn't like the Eden Project but everyone has their own views we got to see Dartmoor Ponies too which not being drivers we wouldn't have otherwise we stayed at the Torbay hotel which was fine the staff were nice and friendly the meals breakfast was self serve and you were given a sheet with evening meal options so you could book your evening meal the evening meal portions to some would be small but for others perfect the lift did break down a couple of times but luckily not when I needed to go upstairs it did get fixed pretty quickly though also the lift has a maximum capacity of 4 people at a time there is a notice at the side of the lift stating that it was our second holiday with Calladonian and we will go again with them as they are good value

Iam still waiting to get back my deposit as trip was cancelled £40 Thank you

Great time away our driver Paul was absolutely brilliant would definitely recommend Caladonian

Keith at the hope st branch in Glasgow. We had an issue with a gift voucher I phoned customer services and the lady I spoke to was very dismissive and not much help. I mentioned this to Keith when we went in to pay for holida, he took the time to listen then made a phone call and resolved our issue immediately. We were very grateful for his professionalism and his understanding. Should definatly get employer of the month. He was brilliant . We are so looking forward to our trip to Italy.

Always enjoy travelling with this company

The person that I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and efficient. She had the holiday booked and found out about single rooms and we got seats behind the driver, all within 10 minutes.
