Brilliant company , the staff are lovely from the ones in the Caladonian shops to the drivers , the short break we had we stayed in their Caladonian tower hotel in Blackpool and the staff were lovely in there as well . Used Caladonian quite a few times now

Edinburgh, lovely day trip from Middlesbrough but with 3 more stops to pick up after us at Sunderland Gateshead and Newcastle and then with only one Driver had to do a 40 minute stop so made it a long day .
