Booked two taxis for a group of six. Both arrived on time, but despite my husband personally speaking to one of the drivers to say we’d be out in a few minutes, both vehicles drove off before we could get in. We were then charged in full for both 'no-show' bookings, even though we made contact and were just moments away. Despite Cab My Ride (also trading as Aryvo) taking over a week to 'look into' the matter they refused a refund, claiming no contact was made — which is simply not true. Based on this experience, I won’t be using Cab My Ride/Aryvo again, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious where they hold your credit card details and can charge what they like.

Easy to use & Great Customer Service

Arvyo were great and simple to use. Driver called me multiple times to confirm he was arriving. Had an issue with payment but after speaking with Cecilia from Customer Support who was very helpful, it all got sorted in the end. Will recommend and use Arvyo again!

Excellent service

Last Friday we got off a cruise to Southampton while the train strike was on. It was chaos with many people waiting in the taxi queue. I looked up a local company and was lucky enough to find cab my ride. Somebody was there in five minutes. Our Driver, Jean-Pierre, was polite and friendly. We were in time for our coach while others clearly weren’t, Many of the reserved seats were empty with people no doubt still waiting in the taxi queue!

Wonderful Service

I had a cab from my house to the local community hospital and a return journey later. The journey there was with driver Mohammed and the return journey was with Ahmed, both were on time and very helpful. The whole experience was very good and I was kept informed by text of everything that was happening. I would thoroughly recommend this company and will certainly be using them again. I have been unable to use the link on my texts to leave my review as I don't have a smart phone.

Booked a cab for 03.40 for tomorrow…

Booked a cab for 03.40 for tomorrow some days ago. Received a call at 21.00 to say booking cancelled. Apparently because of Eid, whilst I completely respect their religious celebrations, the dates have been known for months & maybe they shouldn’t have taken bookings. Not sure I’ll use the company again!

Never use cab myride

Never use cab myride for your taxi. They took and confirmed our booking days before. 20 mins before pick-up I got a text saying they weren't coming and contact them again in an hour leaving us high and dry with one of the group having a leg injury an unable to walk. After a lot of panic managed to get a ride with someone you could trust. Cab my ride are an unreliable bunch of cowboys who shouldn't be allowed to be a taxi company.

Car Smelled Awful

Driver arrived not knowing whether he taking us or not? After 10 mins he finally started the car. The car had an awful smell like he didn't take a shower for days. We opened the windows but didn't help much. He stopped the car before to arrive at the address just because he heard my partner telling me that the car is too stinky. I am asking: Why instead of taking it personally, take a shower? In the end of the day if you are a taxi driver, you suppose to smell fresh and nice. Never gonna use them again!

Worked with them for a month over two months ago and still waiting to get my payment. Stay away from this company. I am Southampton local and have been licensed by Southampton City Council.

Absolute joke!

Absolute joke! Sent me a car that was too small to fit our bags in from the airport despite picking us up on the outbound journey and knowing what luggage we had. The guy on the phone then tried to blame me. It is a basic common sense, if picking people up from an airport to send a car that has enough room for luggage. I had to unpack my case into the car to get all the luggage in, otherwise my wife and two small children would have been stuck at the airport with no transport or be forced to leave one case at the airport. I would avoid these guys as they are obviously just trying to dominate the market and give poor service or scrimp on sending an adequate sized vehicle.

Service going down hill rapidly!

When cabs in the area were separate companies we used to have no problems with booking a cab for a specific time and it turning up on time. Since Cab my Ride has started and taken over a number of companies we book cabs days ahead and we are now constantly getting them ringing up saying that the cab is running late due to traffic in the area. We had this happen again last night. They rang 15 mins before it was due to arrive saying the traffic was heavy and he was on his way to us and the driver would be 35 minutes late so making us late for our theatre performance. Looking on AA road watch there were no issues anywhere in the area of Southampton on roads or motorway. I complained but still they were 20 mins late. Asked the driver why he was late and he said the last customer wanted to go somewhere he had not booked to go so it had taken him longer. If they keep this up people will go elsewhere as it’s just not acceptable.
