AVOID!

Booked two taxis for a group of six. Both arrived on time, but despite my husband personally speaking to one of the drivers to say we’d be out in a few minutes, both vehicles drove off before we could get in. We were then charged in full for both 'no-show' bookings, even though we made contact and were just moments away. Despite Cab My Ride (also trading as Aryvo) taking over a week to 'look into' the matter they refused a refund, claiming no contact was made — which is simply not true. Based on this experience, I won’t be using Cab My Ride/Aryvo again, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious where they hold your credit card details and can charge what they like.

Easy to use & Great Customer Service

Arvyo were great and simple to use. Driver called me multiple times to confirm he was arriving. Had an issue with payment but after speaking with Cecilia from Customer Support who was very helpful, it all got sorted in the end. Will recommend and use Arvyo again!

Always had a problem with this company…

Always had a problem with this company they either turn up 45 minutes late and think that it's perfectly acceptable or cancel your ride ten minutes before they are due out they have made me miss so many appointments left me stranded sent me the wrong taxi making me wonder if I should get in it alone!

At last .. a taxi company that don’t take you for a ride …

This was my first time using Cab my Ride but certainly not the last! I did it have a little difficulty finding my way round the app but I’m not the most savvy person… once I discovered how to book a ride in advance it was seamless! I’m not used to using taxi apps so it was a pleasant surprise to receive confirmation of my booking and then an update that my driver had arrived on time and the registration number.. so reassuring for everyone but especially a nearly pension age woman travelling alone! My driver was so friendly and it cost much less than just getting a taxi at the station. I’ve already booked my next trip .. sadly I couldn’t see How to use a first ride promo code so by the time I was ready to book my second trip the code wasn’t valid .. no worries.. cabmyride is cheaper than competitors and I will build up loyalty points! They will be my go to taxi company from now on! Can’t recommend them enough !

Thanks very much for this fantastic experience. We my wife and me we thanks very much to our drive as in time very polite all the way. Was our first ride whit Cab My Ride but we HIGHLY RECOMENDED. Very good price and very polite driver Thank you Cab My Ride.

Failed to arrive

I am assuming this is for the ride I booked on 29th December. Couldn't get through on the app so rang and was told 45-60 minutes. After 30 minutes I got a text telling me it had been cancelled. I rang again and was told the driver had gone on a break and no one else was available. had to use a seperate firm who although they were dearer arrived in 5 minutes,
